Everything about this place is awesome. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They all show real empathy for your situation. One person that really stands out is Michele Martinez. She is such a great listener and she explains your treatment options in terms that are easily understood. She really puts you at ease. I am so thankful that I selected them for my urological care, they’re the best!!!

Everyone, is so friendly. It's like your family. They put you at ease. That's with everyone encounter. It's so unbearable to find out that you have cancer, but the staff makes you feel like they really do care. They are God's blessing

Dr. Stieglitz knew everything in my medical history before she stepped into my examining room at my first appointment. She listened to my concerns and explained how my treatment would proceed. I am extremely happy with my treatment and the results I have experienced. I will not hesitate to recommend Dr. Stieglitz to my friends and neighbors.

They go above and beyond. I can't thank A Dugan, and L [last name] enough for the excellent care I've received. I was having a heart procedure done at Baptist hospital, and my kidney stones were acting up. I mentioned it to my cardiologist, and 10min. later Dr.[last name] showed up in pre-op with meds for me. They get a 10 out of 10 from me. Need more like them.

The entire experience starting at the front entrance reception, to the department coordinators, to the pre-screeners and the doctors and attending staff is first class. Everyone I came into contact with was super polite and attentive. I was glad the schedulers were able to schedule multiple tests or interviews close together as I come from two and a half hours away.

From the moment that we stepped into their lovely facility, we were met with smiles and kind personalities all around! Every single person that we have encountered there has been fantastic and so positive. The doctors, nurses, lab, radiology, scheduling, front desk, and the care coordinators are all the exact kind of people you need in your life while fighting this battle! The kindness they show truly lifts the spirits of the patient and their loved ones! We trust MD Anderson tremendously and will always be grateful for the care received here!
