This was my second visit to MD Anderson. It was my first visit to the Baptist South location. Like my first visit two years ago, I was treated with remarkable care, consideration, and courtesy. I met with a surgeon and a radiologist to discuss potential courses of treatment for my cancer. Let me emphasize "discuss"; it was not a lecture at all. Both docs were extremely knowledgable but spoke in plain english so I could understand what they were talking about. I wish all clinics treated their patients this well!

Very , very professional. made me feel like i was a priori5y and answered all of my questions. Also follow up was a pbone call but did not leave me hanging. One of the most comfortable doctor visits ive ever had. To all of the staff, THANK YOU !!!!!!

I was treated very cordially from the front desk and everyone else that followed. Every employee along the way was pleasant and respectful.
I saw Dr Barrett McCormick, MD who was outstanding and very pleasant. He explained everything in great detail and was happy to answer questions from my wife and myself.
I am very comfortable with Baptist MD Anderson and look forward to my ongoing care

Dr. McCormick takes his time during appointments. Explains the situation and the options thoroughly without rushing through the appointment. I transferred my case to him from another provider and he actually familiarized with my history and medical records prior to our initial meeting and explained things that might previous provider did not mentioned.

PA Amy Dugan is everything you would expect from a medical provider. She is thorough in that she asks specific questions about your health, urology and otherwise. I value her explanations, her advice for follow-up care specific to urology and generally for overall health. I have always found her to be kind, helpful, amiable and professional.

I appreciate the personal care and concern that Ms Bradley, PA, provides. She demonstrated genuine concern for her patients. I am a retired physician assistant, and she makes me proud of her level of proficiency and empathy.

I arrived about 10 minutes prior to my appointment, completed the check in, and was taken back for my vitals promptly. I was then directed to the exam room where I waited a few minutes to see my PA. PA DeSalvo reviewed the results of my blood work with me, asked how I was doing on my medications, solicited input from me for my continued observations, and made reasonable recommendations for my care. Once my appointment was complete I was directed to set up my next appointment. The whole process was timely, concise, engaging, and efficient.
