What I liked the most was:
1. how the staff quickly routed me to the appropriate specialist and ensured that charges for the visit would be accurate...
2. how the specialist I saw listened to my explanation of my issue as well as reviewed my records to offer a viable solution...
3. how the pre-op and post-op services were so well-coordinated to ensure my physical, mental, and emotional comfort during the process (and that of my family as well)...
4. how everyone I met expressed genuine care about me as a person.

I was valued. That my health was their priority. I was cared with kindness, compassion and dedication. Dr. Dugan gave all of her knowledgeable explaination for me to understand. The PCT was very gentle and courteous. Respectful and friendly. The front desk staff was very patience, understanding. Overall I am very satisfied and pleased with every service provided.
