I was valued. That my health was their priority. I was cared with kindness, compassion and dedication. Dr. Dugan gave all of her knowledgeable explaination for me to understand. The PCT was very gentle and courteous. Respectful and friendly. The front desk staff was very patience, understanding. Overall I am very satisfied and pleased with every service provided.

Amy Dugan's conversational style displayed technical competence, relatability, and an ability both to anticipate questions and to clarify my responses while demonstrating experience in the subject and a concern for my reservations. Here confidence was obvious, yet lacked any form of arrogance -- very personable while still professional. Place. Clean, light, and airy. Whoever curated your artwork is an aesthetic genius. Access. Parking simple, elevators well-located, signs (where to find which clinic) current and correct.

This was my first urologic consultation 14 months post a radical prostatectomy. A. Dugan, PA-C was very professional, an excellent listener, and great communicator! She allowed me all the time I needed to explain my problems and then clearly explained what the causes could be and why. I learned so much from her as she laid out the alternative course of action.
