I appreciated that Amy reviewed my specific situation and even though I really wanted a different option, she spent the time to help me understand that the option I wanted had a very high failure rate for my situation and that, for me there was a better option. They were efficient and easy to work with.

Amy Dugan PA-C was very patient while I related my symptoms giving me ample time to talk. She was extremely thorough in her questions going back as far as 2015 to gather necessary information. I felt I was in competent, caring hands and I would recommend her to anyone seeking answers about their condition. She is a wonderful representative for the Urology department.

It's excellent. I was prioritized. I was greeted with respect and courtesy. I felt valuable and my health was their priority. My CNA/PCA/PCT was very kind, helpful, organized, easy-going. Very patience, friendly yet professional. She was polite, prompt and thoughtful. Very thorough. She acknowledged my concerns. My APRN Dugan was diplomatic. She listened and understood every concerns I have with my health. I was pleased. My APRN Dugan well suggested my future health treatment. Everything was discussed and addressed to my understanding. I'm really happy with excellent service provided. My receptionist was respectful and kind of well

From the moment I walked into the building, everyone was helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The nurse Nicole was excellent. She was wonderful. A great attention to your team.
