PA Amy Dugan is everything you would expect from a medical provider. She is thorough in that she asks specific questions about your health, urology and otherwise. I value her explanations, her advice for follow-up care specific to urology and generally for overall health. I have always found her to be kind, helpful, amiable and professional.

New patient today. Extremely impressed with Amy Dugan. She explained everything clearly and even followed up calling on the drive home wanting to make sure I understood my options. She showed on the computer the location of the kidney stones and detailed about putting in the stent. I never felt rushed and appreciated how thorough she was
