From the time we arrive until the time we leave we are treating very professionally. We are made sure that we understand all procedures and care that need to be done and are in Agreement with anything that needs to be done. We love how we are included on decision making ideas and generally work through each situation until we are all in agreement and understand.

I'm an older female and feel much more comfortable talking with a female doctor. I chose Dr. [last name] for that reason (female urologists are rare). It was a BONUS that Dr. [last name] and her PA and medical assistants are all very friendly and make you feel comfortable right away! They are all easy to talk to and all are upbeat and made me feel that my issue is important and they wanted to help me recover quickly. You have a rare gem with Dr. [last name], her PA Amy Dugan and all of the staff that work with them!
