They are knowledgeable and very creative and also very wonderful and also efficient sufficient and they really know how to pinpoint the problems with all of their wonderful expertise and I also it really know how to take care of all of the patients including myself and also I really love the way that I am treated over there plus also I also I want to say that I'm very thankful that you are all completely available to serve everybody over at the MD Anderson Cancer center because if it wasn't for you a lot of people wouldn't be alive I really do appreciate you all thank you very much .

From the minute you walk through the doors from the parking garage everyone is professional, pleasant and helpful. The women at the Urology front desk are equally helpful and friendly. My visit with the PA Amy Dugan was exceptional. Amy is very approachable, knowledgeable and caring. The care I receive at Baptist MD Anderson is second to none. Thank you

They go above and beyond. I can't thank A Dugan, and L [last name] enough for the excellent care I've received. I was having a heart procedure done at Baptist hospital, and my kidney stones were acting up. I mentioned it to my cardiologist, and 10min. later Dr.[last name] showed up in pre-op with meds for me. They get a 10 out of 10 from me. Need more like them.

PA Amy Dugan is everything you would expect from a medical provider. She is thorough in that she asks specific questions about your health, urology and otherwise. I value her explanations, her advice for follow-up care specific to urology and generally for overall health. I have always found her to be kind, helpful, amiable and professional.
