From the minute you walk through the doors from the parking garage everyone is professional, pleasant and helpful. The women at the Urology front desk are equally helpful and friendly. My visit with the PA Amy Dugan was exceptional. Amy is very approachable, knowledgeable and caring. The care I receive at Baptist MD Anderson is second to none. Thank you

They go above and beyond. I can't thank A Dugan, and L [last name] enough for the excellent care I've received. I was having a heart procedure done at Baptist hospital, and my kidney stones were acting up. I mentioned it to my cardiologist, and 10min. later Dr.[last name] showed up in pre-op with meds for me. They get a 10 out of 10 from me. Need more like them.
