Excellent care starting with reception in the lobby continued at check-in in the Urology department. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. Once back the same caring consideration is extended from the medical assistant staff, nurses and physician. Dr. Stieglitz is an exceptional communicator and always prepared to revisit lingering issues and create a plan to move forward towards resolution. It is always a breeze scheduling follow up or labs as the exit staff are just as efficient, professional and friendly as the reception staff.

From my Annual Wellness visits to specific follow up items, every interface with Baptist South has been timely, efficient and satisfying. Mostly that I found out that I don’t need the care and that I am fine. :) If I had needed care it would have been the best medical place I’ve been in. Everyone working there were positive with smiles on their faces to all they encountered. The Dr herself greeted me smiling and told me there’s nothing wrong with you! She had to hear me unload with happiness all the fears that I was feeling and why 🤪 God bless her and all the patients come through your doors.

Friendly, caring, but above all, competent and knowledgeable. Appointments have always been on time, with little to no wait in the exam room. I had prostate cancer with radiation and follow up surgery for ed. All involved were compassionate and professional. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Stieglitz - besides being a ground breaking urologic surgeon she is a wonderful person who truly cares about her patients.
