The total professionality and efficiency of the entire process. I was able to be seen within days of my PCP's referral, and by the doctor I requested. Patient scheduling and communications are exceptional! The facilities are well designed for patient navigation and are impeccably clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and most importantly efficient and professional!

From the receptionist in the lobby to the clinic staff, nurses, and Dr. McCormick I was treated with utmost respect and pleasant customer service. Dr. McCormick provided me with specific options that will be monitored as we continue our active surveilance period.

Cannot say enough positives. Initial contact and appointments, everyone I spoke to kind, concerned, caring. Check-in, greeted with big smile, and easy. Meeting with the financial advisor Shirley and again explained the how our medical coverage works and walked us to our first appointment and gave us a brief tour of the facility, and Dr, McCormick and his nurse Mike, simple amazing. Again, all explained in a caring and clear manor and answered all our questions. Amazing team, made my wife and I extremely comfortable we are in the best facility with the best doctors and will have the best care.

Dr McCormick is very knowledgeable and is easy to communicate with. He addresses patient concerns in a very honest and reassuring manner. Besides being a top notch physician he is a genuinely caring individual. He is the best urologist I have ever seen.

Great care, efficient team, love having the portal to review test results or review the physicians notes on line. Never any issues with getting scheduled and the team is very responsive to answer all my questions and educate me to my care options. Dr. McCormick takes the time to review all tests results, explain what is normal and provide options. I have seen Dr. McCormick now for both kidney and prostate cancer, he and his team give me peace that I am in great hands.
