Professional, well trained front desk and nursing staff. Physician knowledge, demeanor and bedside manners were great. He took time to explain test results, diagnosis and plan of treatment. Overall it was a very positive experience. Parking, clinic access and organization were excellent.

I feel like I have had several physicians specializing in Urology, actually willing to help me first determine I have Prostate Cancer; then, providing Hormone therapy, and now, after POST Proton Therapy treatments (49 Treatments), help me to plan a course of BPH relief with an upcoming Green Light Therapy procedure in the near future.

Excellent experience working with my Urologist as well as outstanding consultations with my Surgical Oncologist and Radiation Oncologist. Both were obviously very experienced and very personable. They were able to communicate possible future treatment and associated risks. The only other thing which greatly influenced me was that two friends were both diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2025 and both successfully completed proton therapy with Ackerman Cancer Center. Both strongly advised me toward the use of this technology. Given the trend (even if said that it may not be statistical) toward reduced side effects and the availability in JAX, I decided to go this route (as the MD Anderson equivalent is available in Houston, TX). My comments. I hope that they re helpful. Thank you.
