Everyone knows their job and performs it perfectly. All the people are very kind and compassionate. All questions are answered at a level that is easy to understand. The Doctors never rush through the visits.

From reception to support staff we felt we were in a caring and professional atmosphere. Dr. McCormick and Mike always take the time to answer questions and go well beyond is provideing necessary information needed to make sound medical decisions.

So far so good! Early in the process for a comprehensive evaluation. To date, every person I have seen/spoken to has been fantastic. I have surgery scheduled in three days with Dr. McCormick. My expectations are positive.

From check in to actual visit with Dr McCormick I was treated with kindness and respect. I was happy to get the best possible news as well. MD Anderson is staffed with some of the nicest people I've ever met in the medical field. As positive as my experience was, I really don't want to see another doctor there (joke). If I were ever diagnosed with any kind of cancer I would certainly turn to them for treatment.

I have felt very supported and informed all along the way. The bedside manner of everyone I have met and worked with has been exceptional. I also appreciate the faith based support offered and the encouragement of scripture around the offices from other patients and staff.
