The facility is modern and the technology up to date. The staff is friendly and professional. My doctor reviewed my condition and listened attentively to me and answered all my questions. I’m scheduled to receive the care I wasn’t receiving elsewhere. I’m very happy and feel I’ll be well cared for at Baptist MD Anderson Jacksonville Florida.

Extremely professional and courteous staff. It started with the check in desk, then the assessment rep. She was so kind and caring! She walked me up to fifth floor for my meeting. Dr McCormick was very gracious, professional, and caring. He took his time explaining the results and options with a recommendation. This experience was better than I thought. It exceeded expectation.

This was my initial cancer visit. Dr. McCormick and all staff i interacted with were all very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions plus a few I hadn't thought of yet. The facilities were squeekie clean, with comfortable chairs. Waiting areas had lots of windows and beautiful artwork. These calming surroundings put patients at ease. I was impressed.

What I liked the most was: 1. how the staff quickly routed me to the appropriate specialist and ensured that charges for the visit would be accurate... 2. how the specialist I saw listened to my explanation of my issue as well as reviewed my records to offer a viable solution... 3. how the pre-op and post-op services were so well-coordinated to ensure my physical, mental, and emotional comfort during the process (and that of my family as well)... 4. how everyone I met expressed genuine care about me as a person.
