I've recently had 2 emergencies related to my treatment. In both cases they were in early morning off hours & when I called the emergency number it was answered by the 2nd ring & I got it return call is less than 5 minutes from the on-call professional, who arranged for an appointment the same day, the last of which resulted in my Oncology Urologist to fit me in for an emergency surgical procedure, despite his already full day surgical schedule. They go above & beyond!
