No one wants to hear “you’ve got cancer”. But the entire staff of MD Anderson Jax, from the moment you walk in the door, are amazing. All of them. Everyone I saw in passing, the each member that was part of the process, were top notch. From the lady at the desk that gave us directions, to the financial meeting, to the 5th floor desk crew, nurse coordinator, the PA and the Doctor, you could feel the passion and love they had for the patients and their jobs. I’ve been in the healthcare field for 25 years before my experience, and MD Anderson should be what the standard is for service and care.
