The Doctor who met up with me was very informative about my condition and answered my questions concerning the type of Cancer I have. She actually informed me of some things I had not thought to ask.She was also understanding of my issues with the biopsy procedure which is nice as she was not part of the team that perfomed it and it can be (and was) more than a little uncomfortable.I would definately recomend her for her patient care and demeanor.

The doctors, nurses and staff are very caring and knowledgable. Everything related to your condition is fully explained and a course of treatment is laid out. The facility is pleasant and if you need any help there is always a friendly staff member there to help.

I’ve had an excellent experience with MD Anderson in Jacksonville. From the very beginning, the doctor, nurses, and administrative staff were all extremely courteous and professional. They took the time to explain each step of the process so I always knew what was coming next, which helped ease a lot of anxiety. I especially appreciate how thorough they were in answering my questions and making sure I understood my options and upcoming appointments. The communication has been clear, respectful, and compassionate at every level. One of the things I value most is the Baptist Chart app. Having all of my information in one place—test results, visit summaries, upcoming appointments, and messaging with the care team—has been incredibly convenient. It makes it easy to stay organized and informed about my care, and it really complements the high level of service I receive in person. Overall, I’m very grateful for the care and support I’ve received at MD Anderson Jacksonville and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs cancer care in this area.

I’ve been going to them over 5yrs, and all I can say is they are the greatest in their field. Most especially to Dr. [last name] who did 2- surgeries on me. His staff are also the best / Ms. Lilian (already Retired) and my new APRN Ms. Martinez, who is very thorough on the explanation of my latest CScan, very good recommendations. Also the overall Staff are great and very professional. Thank you all.

The greatest staff in the world. I don't believe there is one person on the entire staff that is not the kindest and most considerate person you could ever meet. I am so glad that I changed from my previous urologist. The treatment and service is much, much better. Thank you all !!!!
