Office staff is always friendly and helpful--that is no small thing. Dr. Win is my physician. We are a very good match. I am comfortable talking with her about any issue and I trust her professional judgment. She is very caring, answers all of my questions and I never feel rushed. I also simply like her as a person.

Dr. Balmir is wonderful. He takes time to listen and cares about you. Amber gave me a shot on my last visit and it was pain free.
Also the ladies at the front desk are aways so helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Kind, friendly staff, and very little wait time. Dr Kraly is the best; she is extremely professional and approachable. She takes her time to answer questions and explain everything. I don’t ever leave feeling uncomfortable or uninformed. I feel very fortunate to have a provider who cares!!

The staff, including drs are so friendly, kind and helpful. Recently I had to go in because of a severe cold/flu. They asked me to come in the back door so I would not be sitting in the waiting room infecting others or getting something. What a great idea, the first office to do that in all my years of going for medical tx. The office called to make sure I knew where to go. I feel they care about their patients and expertly give them the tx needed.

Everyone is so nice. The longest I've ever had to sit in waiting room was maybe 15 minutes. I absolutely love Dr. Lumley. I feel very comfortable telling him everything. I can't remember his nurses name but she is very sweet and always makes me smile.

Everything! Such good people work there. They are friendly, helpful, caring and professional. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Samantha Kraly as my primary care doctor. She is amazing! So smart and caring. She listens and adresses every issue I tell her about. Could go on and on about her skills and her positive attitude and her many good ideas she has shared with me but I will just end with “she is the BEST”!
