They were able to see me right before the weekend for an earache. I had a total knee replacement 4 weeks earlier and was concerned about an infection spreading to the joint. The doctor examined me, discussed my options, and prescribed ear drops that have improved the pain within a day or two of starting the meds.

I very much like the speed of the response after I requested an appointment. Staff was able to find a slot on the same day. The doctor saw me very quickly and I was on my way to the pharmacy within 30 minutes after arrival. Possibly quicker. My prescription was waiting for me at the pharmacy, and I was home within an hour after leaving.
