The staff is always friendly and the my Baptist chart makes communication convenient. But Dr Balmir is the main reason I have recommended your office on multiple occasions. I wish I would have made the switch years earlier, thanks for your caring service!

I very much like the speed of the response after I requested an appointment. Staff was able to find a slot on the same day. The doctor saw me very quickly and I was on my way to the pharmacy within 30 minutes after arrival. Possibly quicker. My prescription was waiting for me at the pharmacy, and I was home within an hour after leaving.

Doctor Balmir's nurse who took my vital signs and got me set up to see the doctor was very professional and organized. Doctor Balmir was the same. It was easy to check in and easy to check out of the office. Overall, a great experience.

Aside from the fact that I saw an actual doctor as my primary care provider for the 1st time in over 4 years, instead of the Physician Assistant, everyone was exceptionally courteous and professional. My new Primary Care Physician, Dr. Alex Balmir, was attentive, listened and gave clear guidance on how we should proceed moving forward concerning my care. I look forward to my upcoming wellness visit in July.
