THEY ALWAYS DO THEIR BEST TO WORK ME IN FOR URGENT MATTERS. IF I CAN'T GET IN WITH MY REGULAR INTERNIST - THEY TRY TO FIND AN APPOINTMENT WITH ANOTHER DR. OR A NURSE PRACTICIONER.
WHILE I WAS THERE THIS WEEK - I COULD ALSO GET MY SEASONAL FLU SHOT.

On time. Check in was efficient and handled with a friendly and cordial manner. PA, Henrietta, was professional and put patient as ease. Dr. Win was a rock star. I am very pleased with every aspect of my time with her. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Win is my primary provider. She is always thorough, listens to my questions and suggests an appropriate plan of treatment for any issues. She seems genuinely interested in my health and well being. The office staff is nice and if I need to be seen other than an appointment scheduled in advance, they try their best to accommodate me.

Everything runs in an orderly and professional manner. Wait times are short to non-existent. The medical staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they listen. My last appointment was most satisfactory. Every issue was addressed and resolved.
