Dr. Win is my primary provider. She is always thorough, listens to my questions and suggests an appropriate plan of treatment for any issues. She seems genuinely interested in my health and well being. The office staff is nice and if I need to be seen other than an appointment scheduled in advance, they try their best to accommodate me.

The check-in staff are always so friendly and efficient. Dr. Win, my doctor - is very personable and easy to speak with. Always ensures that you are aware of what she is advising and makes you feel comfortable during the examination. Encourages always to let them know if you are NOT feeling better or things do not improve.

I have been with IMG Baptist Primary care for many years and I always feel thjat evryone that I have come in contact with is so very caring and professional. I love Dr. Win, she takes very good care of me. She listens to what I have to say and I never feel she is in a hurry for me to go. I feel I am important. The Entire Staff was very Friendly and demonstrated Excellent Customer Care & Service. The office/building was exceptionally clean & the signage was extremely helpful also. Dr. Myo, Michelle and the front desk person that checked me in and the person that checked me out all got KUDOS & A FIVE STAR RATING OF EXCELLENCE!!! Thank you all for making my visit very pleasant. Everyone is very friendly. The doctor and staff show real concern. They take time to listen. Dr. Win remembered me and my previous visit. I felt know and seen.
