Staff is always nice and efficient. I was able to chat with a clinician in the morning and was advised to come in for a visit with the doctor that same afternoon. Dr. Win was attentive and caring as always. She explained her diagnosis and how the prescribed medications should (hopefully) solve the issue.

Dr. Win is the absolute best! I feel like she listens to all of my concerns and is a wonderful healthcare provider. She takes her time and explains things to me. I am so appreciative to have her as my primary care provider.

The staff is very cordial. Dr Win is great at listening and relating to the topic at hand. She respects my thoughts and expectations without judgment. I really appreciate that. She makes sure I understand my lab results and again my expectations.

Everything! Outstanding doctors, excellent use of Epic software so scripts are sent while you are there. The Check-in personnel and Check-out personnel are gracious and efficient. The medical assistants are competent.

Reception is always bright and welcoming. Receptionists greet patients with a friendly smile.
Usually very little wait time. Once with the doctor - she listens carefully and answers questions. We never feel hurried. Check out is quick and easy.
