If I have a question they answer it very quickly. It's refreshing to see plenty of check in staff. Mistakes are rare. Efficient also.

The office has been remodeled and is very pleasant and bright. The staff is all professional and courteous from the people who see you when you arrive to the nurses who take your vitals to the check out staff. All the Drs. are knowledgeable and professional and listen to your needs. They have an onsite lab so you don't have to go to an external source for your bloodwork when requested for visits. If you need a sick appointment, you can usually get into see a Dr. or a nurse practitioner within 24 hours. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Mathur is a strong communicator and is genuinely concerned about me as a patient. She has an impressive professional CV, and it is clear that she stays current on research and developments in the different disease sates that might affect her patients. She does not hesitate to make a referral if needed, and she exhibits a collaborative spirit with patients. From arrival through discharge the professionalism of this primary care office is exemplary.

I have a new primary. I saw her for the first time last week and was very pleased with all aspects of the visit. I very much appreciate the convenience of on-site lab services and the quality of personnel. The people at the reception and check-out desks are very helpful and courteous. The offices are clean and overall atmosphere quiet.

Most important is the quality of the physicians - I've been a customer for 20+ years and have been very satisfied with Dr [last name], Dr [last name] and now Dr Mathur The recent remodeling of the offices was well done and a great improvement Communication with the clinical people via telephone is excellent and response time is very good too. I talk to others who are not IMG patients, and their experiences are inferior to mine.
