The front desk administrator was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Mathur is very soft spoken and nice, she makes you feel comfortable and listens well.

Dr. Mathur is excellent! Extremely knowledgeable, thorough and patient. She took the time to thoroughly discuss my health history, make necessary referrals and answer my questions. She is great and a definite asset to the IMG. Special thanks to Gloria in the office who helped straighten out a glitch with my appointment. Extremely convenient onsite lab. Phlebotomists have great customer service attitude. Overall good office. Highly recommend.

There was ample parking, and the registration/check-in area is well organized with patient friendly and helpful staff. The wait time was very short. The doctor was excellent. She was thorough and professional and explained everything clearly. She ordered my medications right away and the check-out process was also very patient friendly, and my follow-up appointment was scheduled before I left. First the lady who answered the phone for me was very helpful, especially with my limited English, her name is Cath. The check-in was very friendly, the nurse who examined us was very attentive and funny. Our doctor was very professional and attentive. My husband and I found the service to be excellent. A++
