Dr Lumley is a very professional. He definitely knows what’s going on and what to do to try and keep you healthy. he seems very concerned about his patience. He will discuss everything with you and make sure you’re aware of what’s going on and seems very concerned about your health.

I can get in immediately when I have an illness. They also have on site lab facilities to handle any labs I may need to determine the illness. Dr Lumley and staff are always professional but friendly-never make me feel uncomfortable.

Dr. Lumley and his nurse Lidia actually listen to you . They listen to the medical issues and then address them. Dr Lumley will actually pick up the phone and call you when the issues are urgent.
Lidia actually knows who you are and what is going on from the moment she calls you from the lobby. It means the world.

My PCP, besides being a very competent medical doctor knows me as a person, not my patient number. He takes the time to listen and conducts my visits with respect and compassion tailored to my needs. Then inbetween visits, he is readily available via MyChart messaging feature with timely responses; usually same day or within 24 hours. The office staff and nurses are professionals, friendly, and respectful of my scheduled office visit time.
