My experience at IMG over several decades has been outstanding. Dr. Lumley and his assistant, Lydia, are professional in their care. They connect personally and leave me believing in their commitment to my well being. The office staff is efficient and pleasant with which to interact. The lab technicians are friendly and smile as needle me during sample collection.

From the front desk to nurses& doctor & checking out everyone’s friendly & helpful if I have a question they know the answer. I always leave glad I have Dr Jeffery Lumley smartest and nicest great the job done doctor I’ve ever had and all the staff that supports him are just as great . The staff is friendly, caring, and professional. I am always greeted by a receptionist with a smile. Lydia approaches me with a smile and shows interest in how I am. She takes my vitals and I always feel comfortable. Then there's Dr. Lumley who also wears a smile. He asks questions and listens to mine. I never feel rushed and appreciate his mannerisms. And all the phlebotomists are gentle and friendly. I don’t want to forget the exit staff who are also friendly and professional.
