The office is clean and bright with a welcoming feel. The intake and checkout staff and nice and very professional without being stand-offish. The nurses are all kind and helpful. I was leaving the office, about a year ago, after a post op visit, I wasn't allowed to drive so my partner had gone ahead to the car. I was a little dizzy from dehydration. The nurses jumped in to action, got me a chair and some water. They checked me out before taking me to the car in a wheelchair.where my ride was was waiting for me. They routinly chat while getting me settledin the exam room and show genuine care for my wellbeing. My PCP, Dr Lumley is great, he has a great sense of humor and I like him a lot.

You seldom have to wait. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Lumley goes over your health concerns, And you have a lab so you don't have to go somewhere else for lab work.

My experience at IMG over several decades has been outstanding. Dr. Lumley and his assistant, Lydia, are professional in their care. They connect personally and leave me believing in their commitment to my well being. The office staff is efficient and pleasant with which to interact.
