Dr. Lumley and his nurse Lidia actually listen to you . They listen to the medical issues and then address them. Dr Lumley will actually pick up the phone and call you when the issues are urgent.
Lidia actually knows who you are and what is going on from the moment she calls you from the lobby. It means the world.

My PCP, besides being a very competent medical doctor knows me as a person, not my patient number. He takes the time to listen and conducts my visits with respect and compassion tailored to my needs. Then inbetween visits, he is readily available via MyChart messaging feature with timely responses; usually same day or within 24 hours. The office staff and nurses are professionals, friendly, and respectful of my scheduled office visit time.

Upon arriving for your appt. there is very little wait time to see your physician. Nursing staff and doctors alike are friendly and helpful. I have been a patient there for many years and have never been disappointed with the staff.

We are seen rapidly. Staff are pleasant and caring. It was hugely helpful to get my husband's flu shot in the exam room. He walks poorly with the walker. I appreciate being able to get mine at the same time.
It would be helpful to have a bench outside - need to rest sometimes. The doors were locked Wednesday for a staff meeting. Waiting outside and no where to sit!
Parking is good, office is clean and bright.
Staff are competent! That's what really matters. Having good bedside manner is a plus but competence is most important.
Very grateful that the patient portal works well for ordering prescriptions and printing off clinical notes.
