It was very easy to make an appointment. The staff were friendly and professisonal. The time taken for each step was reasonable. Dr. Lumley took his time to go over my chart and discuss all my health issues. It was efficient but not rushed.

I like the office staff, Dr.Lumley & I never have to sit in waiting room for long periods of time.
Dr.Lumley addresses all issues with resolution. He listens to his patients & quickly discerns the problem or issue at hand. I would & do, recommend Baptist/Lumley to friends & neighbors.

When I call everyone is supportive and ready to help. My Doctor, Dr Lumley is wonderful. He cares and will always talk things thru with me.
