The staff is very nice and professional. The cleanliness of the building is very good too. I have been attending this office for a while and I am very happy with how they are treating me. I am completely satisfied with my experience with this facility.

I really like Dr. Rader and I also like the fact that there is a long waiting time. They often see you before your actual appointment time. I don’t get my lab work done there now, but I used to and I was very impressed with the lab there. I now have to go to Baptist Southeast to get my blood work done

Easy check-in, friendly staff. Dr Rader is an attentive listener and looks at the whole picture. When I have needed same or next day services and had to be seen by other professionals in the group, they have been great in dealing with the issues. My parents saw doctors in this group. Their provider had retired by the time I moved to this group, but we liked his care and that of the staff. I loved having all my records in one place. Unfortunately, several of the specialists I had been seeing have joined other systems, but at least some are still there.

Staff is professional and friendly. Facility is clean and very well appointed. Having lab personnel on the premises to perform blood and other testings is convenient. My PCP, Dr. Rader is very knowledgeable, personable, reviews my health issues and test results thoroughly with me and always has my best interests in mind.

IMG is aware that my time is valuable also and strive to get my wife and I in and out of our appointment as quickly as possible. To us that is refreshing. Other places we have been seem to be more concerned about getting as many patients as possible and are not as concerned about waiting room time. Another thing, having the ability to get blood work done on site is wonderful also. When I have gotten blood work elsewhere in the past, seems like they always lose track and I end up having to hand-deliver it to my doctor. I also like Dr. Rader because he will listen to me when I have a concern about anything including medication

Everything was great over at the whole entire office and the expertise of Dr rader is absolutely extraordinary and the wonderful and also the service there is completely wonderful and so the whole entire experience is absolutely wonderful and everybody is very very helpful and an amazing with all of their wonderful assistants but from the olympics. Are all lovely expertise and stuff like that thank you very much bye-bye and have a great time
