I appreciate the new remodel—good lighting, calm paint colors. The staff are friendly and competent and the in-house lab makes for a one-stop visit. Parking is easy and the office is located a short distance from my home. In the end, though, it is because of Dr. Rader that I remain a patient here (13 years). His affable, easy-going approach lessens the stress of a visit, plus he is always willing to discuss any issue with you in a kind and informed way.

This office is always clean and welcoming. Staff are professional and personable. Dr. Rader is the best physician that I have ever known. The location is very convenient. Having an onsite lab is very convenient. Appointment availability is excellent.

I really like Dr. Rader and I also like the fact that there is a long waiting time. They often see you before your actual appointment time. I don’t get my lab work done there now, but I used to and I was very impressed with the lab there. I now have to go to Baptist Southeast to get my blood work done

Easy check-in, friendly staff. Dr Rader is an attentive listener and looks at the whole picture. When I have needed same or next day services and had to be seen by other professionals in the group, they have been great in dealing with the issues. My parents saw doctors in this group. Their provider had retired by the time I moved to this group, but we liked his care and that of the staff. I loved having all my records in one place. Unfortunately, several of the specialists I had been seeing have joined other systems, but at least some are still there.
