Staff is very helpful and friendly. Never feel rushed by doctor or anyone. Their in house lab is wonderful! Always gets blood on first stick and no bruising! They are amazing but only for doctors here requesting blood. Fast and efficient with results in the Baptist Chart portal! Love this group!

Dr. David Carter listened to my complaints on a recent wellcheck than sent me for a eco- cardiagram where they diagnosed a condition of Atrial myxoma of the heart. Thanks to the folks at the beaches eco cardiagram center for catching this as well.

Literally everything about Baptist IMG is excellent. I’ve been Dr Carter’s patient for almost 5 years and he has never failed to give thoughtful, caring and professional advice. He takes the time to listen and ask questions. When I message thru MyBaptistChart to ask a question or clarify an issue he always gets back in a reasonable time. Possibly the best primary care physician I’ve had in my life. The call in system always connects me to the right place and they generally know who I am. The nurse who helped on this last visit (whose me don’t recall right now) was also excellent. I like that she qualified who I was and why I was there and quickly concluded that I needed to be masked even though I wasn’t feverish, unsteady exhibited and concerning symptoms. Glad for the courteous handling and precautions taken. Thanks for making me feel better and providing advice and recommendations that have me on the road to recovery.
