I like EVERYTHING about this Primary Care office! The office staff and nurses are very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It is very convenient having the lab right in the same building. Most importantly, to me, the doctors are kind, extremely knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to treat their patients. I would not go anywhere else!

Everyone and everything! Never a wait, but never a time when I felt rushed at all. Dr. Kraly is amazing and always fits in time for "special" problems. I have never had the level of care that I feel I get there.

Internal Medical Group is a clean facility with sufficient parking and considerate/helpful staff.
Additionally, IMG is extremely efficient and cooperative with its patients. I have been a patient there for many years and can't think of even one complaint.

Wait time in waiting room very short as well as wait time to see the doctor. dr Kraly very patient, kind and extremely thorough. Dr Kraly’s assistant very personable and kind.
Check out was speedy, helpful and friendly. All in all, internal medical group is the best!

Front office staff all the way through the visit are so friendly and Dr. Kraly is amazing! She takes time with each patient to truly understand what is going on, never seeming rushed or annoyed by any questions. She is the best!
