When I walk in, it just feels right. Check-in is smooth even if you haven't done your homework. If you are on time for the appointment, you get to see the doctor on time. My wife and I both see Dr. Kraly and we both feel she is the best doctor we have experienced since we retired 25 years ago. Check-out is also smooth and reinforces what Dr Kraly told us. I always feel satisfied leaving the facility.

My Dr Kraly is exceptional. The staff is efficient and friendly. If I have an acute problem and my Dr is booked my problem can be addressed by another Dr at that time.

From the moment I enter the lobby, I'm treated warmly, efficiently, and professionally. But as much as I appreciate the staff, nothing and no one compares to Dr. Kraly. She has taken care of me and of my husband for several years and has seen us through some tough times. We know that we can always count on her for the best treatment and the best advice.

Your office has a convenient location. The modernized renovation is pleasant and makes mobility around the facility comfortable easy. I like my doctor, Doctor Kraly who is pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in discerning the cause of any ailments I might alert her to. She takes an interest in my health and wellness. She is practical and professional. She provides feedback in a timely manner. Your front desk clerks are extremely helpful in going the extra mile to make sure one is taken care of.

Everyone is very professional. Short waits. Clean. Dr Kraly ask a lot of questions. She is very very observant. Notices little details. The date I first wear a pair of shoes written on the side in marker. My hand shaking. My hard of hearing.

Taken back quickly usually under 5 minutes and short wait to see the doctor. Very thorough and answers all of my questions. The first doctor i actually look forward to seeing. Instead of just sending me off with a prescription like most doctors, my doctor tries to find a treatment plan that doesn't include drugs.
