The office is a wonderful facility! All staff is courteous and knowledgeable, always welcoming with a smile. There was very little wait. My doctor is extremely knowledgeable, caring and always takes the time to answer all of my questions. She is easy to communicate with and responds to portal messages within minutes.

Very friendly and professional. This office should be the model for all medical offices. I have walked out of offices after waiting ninety minutes with no explanation of the delay. Here I'm seen within 5-10 minutes of appointment time. Having the lab on site as well is convenient.

I like the helpful and pleasant staff. I am pleased with all the updates and layout of the facility. I appreciate the timeliness of my appointments. Most of all, I enjoy my relationship with Dr. Kraly. She is honest with me about my health, she offers tests and medications but always leaves the decision to me. She is a good listener and makes having to go to the doctor more pleasant.

Dr Kraly ! She is so good in every way ! I cannot say bough good things about her and her expertise in caring for her patients ! Even when I had a razor sore throat she wanted to see me in person in an “isolation” room where she did lab tests for both Covid and flu. Results came quickly and she listened to my breathing and saw my misery and extent of my illness. I imagine most other primary care doctors would have done a zoom type patient visit. I applaud her for the superb care she gives me. I feel so fortunate to have her as my doctor. Love her !
