The office is always efficient and helpful, especially when an urgent refill is needed. The front desk will give a message to the provider, which is fantastic. Baptist Primary and Murabella is located perfectly for our family - close to home and near several pharmacies.

Dr. Kraly is superb! Knowledgeable and clearly focused on the patient. Every staff member encountered was friendly and helpful. The facility is only a short drive south of Jax, well maintained and "operating room" clean. Highly recommend this Dr. Kraly and this office.

First time at this office; however, I have been Dr. Kraly's patient for about 6 yrs. and in the Baptist Primary Care system for over 40 years. Everyone seems very nice so far. Have referred 3 new patients to Dr. Kraly since she arrived at this office in August of this year.

Dr Samantha Kraly is the best primary care doctor I have ever had. She listens and understands my situations so well. She has such a warm and friendly manner that it is easy to discuss anything with her ! And not feel embarrassed or stupid. She is very experienced and very smart. She expects me to follow habits that will keep me healthy. She is quick to send me to specialists who can solve issues with my body. I can’t say enough good things about her. I love to visit her as she has such a positive outlook on life. I leave smiling every time. She is FUN, FANTASTIC, and THE BEST!

My experience was nothing short of excellence from beginning to end. Very nice office and definitely worth the extra drivetime. By the way Dr. Kraly is the BEST primary care doc ever. She always does what is best for you, not always what you want, but again what is best. KUDOS to this office.

I thought that I would see a bunch of new hires, but boy was I mistaken! Obviously well trained in the front and equally well trained in the back. I felt welcome in my first two visits to Murabella. I am really glad that I switched to the new location. Baptist Primary Care is just plain good.
