Kind, friendly staff, and very little wait time. Dr Kraly is the best; she is extremely professional and approachable. She takes her time to answer questions and explain everything. I don’t ever leave feeling uncomfortable or uninformed. I feel very fortunate to have a provider who cares!!

The staff, including drs are so friendly, kind and helpful. Recently I had to go in because of a severe cold/flu. They asked me to come in the back door so I would not be sitting in the waiting room infecting others or getting something. What a great idea, the first office to do that in all my years of going for medical tx. The office called to make sure I knew where to go. I feel they care about their patients and expertly give them the tx needed.

Everything! Such good people work there. They are friendly, helpful, caring and professional. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Samantha Kraly as my primary care doctor. She is amazing! So smart and caring. She listens and adresses every issue I tell her about. Could go on and on about her skills and her positive attitude and her many good ideas she has shared with me but I will just end with “she is the BEST”!

The office runs on time, the staff are very friendly and professional, my physician, Dr. Kraly, is a great doctor...very knowledgeable and personable. I can get my labs done in the office and get my results from my doctor via the app within a few days. I am very pleased with everything about the practice!

We have used Internal Medicine and Dr Kraly for almost ten years. Office is run efficiently, and appointments are on time. We have changed moving plans when it occurred that we would lose Dr Kraly. Check in and exit are always smooth and problem free.

I really like Dr Kraly. Office staff are personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. I really like that there is an on-site laboratory so I don't have to make another stop at an outside lab for sample collection.
