When I arrive for appointment at the right time I am ushered to the back with little wait. Check-in procedures are minimal, likewise checkout is smooth. My wife and I both see Dr Kraly and are sure that she is the best professional we have had as retirees in 30 years.

Dr Kraly always listens to my concerns and takes them seriously. She orders tests at my request to put my fears to rest or explains why they are not necessary. I never feel rushed or that she thinks I am a bother, even though I can be! She is a wonderful, caring doctor.

I like everything that has been done to modernize the entire office. The entire staff is very helpful and respectful. Obviously, most of my time is spent with my incredible Doctor. Dr. Kraly is awesome! She works so hard and I doubt she gets enough credit for the hours spent doing it. I can send her a message and I just don't understand how she can respond so fast. Clearly, she loves her job and cares a great deal for her patients. She is also my wife's doctor. We couldn't be happier with the care we receive. I believe her pay should be doubled.
