The office is clean, the staff is professional and efficient. I am very happy with Dr. KRALY. She takes the time to listen to me and discuss all of my concerns. I never feel rushed. I also like the fact that I can have my blood work done on site.

Front desk people are friendly and helpful. Nurse was very professional and caring. Dr. Kraly is thorough in her examination, and provided great feedback on my upcoming knee operation. She dined a handicap taking placard paperwork for my wife to transport me to PT. Nothing but positive things to say about this experience!

Friendly. Professional. Well-organized. Efficient & on time. Physicians up to date on research and evidence based medicine, provided statistical data on vaccine safety. Physician attentive and unrushed. Labs drawn day of appt and results WITH a physician comment were available in MyChart the next day!

Everyone is so helpful, starting from the front desk. Everyone seems to really care about how you’re feeling. Also, everything is so nice and clean . I like the fact that Dr. Kraly really listens to what you have to say and you can tell if she’s really considering everything when you’re there in the office. I think she goes above and beyond for things to help you.

Everything. the professionalism, friendliness, care, speed of scheduling and lots more. Dr. Kraly is a wonderful dr. I never feel unheard when I leave. I feel a connection with her and I'm able to share what's going on in my life. Living with my chronic disease is hard for me, but knowing Dr. Kraly oversees my care makes me feel safe. No matter what my reason for my appointment I always leave feeling better emotionally.

Staff friendly and helpful. Timely. Professional. Dr. Kraly listens and asks the right questions. She never appears in a hurry, takes her time, responds timely to online questions and immediately upon receipt of test results. I feel very confident in Dr. Kraly being my Internist. IMG is luckily to have her on Staff.
