I always receive excellent attention from the receptionist upon arriving. All the nurses are professional and pleasant. I have had a excellent experience with the entire facility. The care and concern from my physician from my first visit has given me such a since trust in the facilities.

Dr. Kraly has been my internist for a number of years. I have always been pleased with the care I received from her. She answers my questions, & she explains changes in medications or exams. She is helpful with medications and with environmental concerns. She makes sure that lab results & other findings are directed to me. The staff is always friendly and thorough.These are my reasons for continuing under her care.

When Dr. [last name] retired, at my request, he chose my new doctor in this same group. I now see Dr. Kraly and I'm very pleased. She listened and understands my choices. She is very professional & caring. All the staff in this group are caring providers. I highly recommend her & Internal Medical Group (IMG).

I am very thankful for my doctor, Samantha Kraly. I appreciate the nice new office spaces. Everyone is very helpful and always kind. I am a Blue Cross Medicare Advantage patient and I am now out of network but I will keep coming to this office as long as possible.

Dr. Kraly is an amazing physician. She is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to listens and expertly coordinates care. The entire practice, from check in to check out to the lab, runs like clockwork with well qualified and friendly people. I only wish the Baptist interior decorator used more color. Too much white.
