Dr D was very professional & informative; he re-diagnosed a foot problem which had been wrongly diagnosed at another hospital, & he gave excellent non-surgical options for treatment!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Roberts for my Achilles. He seemed very experienced in this area and clearly explained his diagnosis and next steps. He was very kind and answered all of my questions. I am looking forward to my follow-up visit.

Dr. Ellis was great! I didn't see him until almost an hour after my appointment time, which wasn't in and of itself a concern for me, but it did make it feel like we were very pressed for time and moving very quickly.

Dr. Henry is a competent doctor who I trust. I feel very fortunate that I am her patient as I know I am in excellent hands. Further, her team is great too. Samatha the PA and Terri her Administration Officer are stellar.

HSS and Dr. D was able to give me my life back after getting no answers for years. I come from NJ and they’re always so patient and understanding. I have already recommended this hospital to others. I love this placed and I can’t speak highly enough about it

I had the most amazingly positive experience and care at HSS, not only with Dr. Drakos, but also his entire team at his office, as well as the aids, assistances, both office and medical, and the nurses, and anesthesiologist at the Auxiliary Ambulatory Center. I was able to see the Doctor quickly, also schedule my time critical surgery within a few days. All around: kind, professional, attentive and sympathetic care. I was kept informed, and attended to at all times. Calls and questions were answered promptly and effectively. I will always recommend HSS, and I will in future seek referrals for other medical needs from Dr. Drakos and his team. I will recommend HSS to all my friends, family, clients and professional acquaintances. Bravo for making me feel safe, secure, and in the right medical hands, and hospital. Thank you all, for a wonderful surgery and overall experience. Keep up the remarkable good work.

Dr. Demetracopoulos explained the procedure before surgery. After the surgery kept me and my family members updated about the successful surgery and provided clear instructions for the necessary precautions for proper rehab. He was very professional and respectful to us. Very much appreciate.
