After seeing another surgeon, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Matthew Roberts at HSS based on his reputation and he did not disappoint. Dr. Roberts took the time to explain and demonstrate in great detail the root of my symptoms and how taking a different and less invasive approach to the surgery (that was recommended by the other Doctor) would allow me to get past my PTTD / Flat Foot since I have runaway ahead of me in life. I had greatly researched different procedures ahead of time and because of this I found Dr. Roberts to be very honest as we openly discussed options. Most importantly, I was impressed that he took the time to make me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I have read some online reviews where some people have said the opposite. I now know that these are false and misleading. My surgery is scheduled and my wife and myself know that we are and will be in the best of care, now, during and after.

From the very beginning, he conducted a thorough examination and thoughtfully explained the surgical plan, ensuring I fully understood the steps needed to help me return to walking normally and without pain. His approach was both professional and compassionate.After the surgery, Dr. Conti personally followed up with me twice by phone to check on my recovery, which meant a great deal. During my post-operative visit, he continued to show genuine care, clearly explaining what I needed to do before returning home to Indianapolis.Even after I returned home, when I reached out with a concern about an X-ray, Dr. Conti responded within 15 minutes with a detailed and reassuring explanation. His attentiveness and dedication to his patients are truly exceptional.He is an amazing physician, and I am incredibly grateful for the care I received.
