From first meeting Dr. Henry, I knew she could help me with my complex foot problems. She explained things clearly, carefully, and compassionately, knowing exactly what to do. Her knowledge and skill gave me confidence that I was in the very best hands. Her office staff is also efficient, responsive and friendly:Teri, Karen, and PA Samantha. Every question anticipated and answered.

Appreciated she wore a mask. Gave me all the time i needed to process the decisions. Great documentation and visuals. Great bedside manner. Her staff Theresa also was very thorough and friendly.

First doctor I’ve seen for my condition that I felt can help me. Picked up on issues other doctors in the past haven’t noticed and saw the whole of how the deformities affect my life. Excellent experience.

Dr. Henry is an amazing surgeon. She is extremely professional and kind. She makes me feel with all honesty, that she really cares for my well-being. I'm so grateful. I will be having another surgery at the end of this year, and I would not have it with anyone else. Also the nurses were so caring and literally went out of their way, to make my experience more comfortable. To the point where they went out of the hospital to wait for my transportation. Absolutely 💯 will recommend this wonderful hospital to my friends and family.

Dr. Henry is not only very knowledgeable, and extremely experienced at what she does, but very caring toward her patients. I was so pleased to have had her as my surgeon. I will definitely choose Dr. Henry for my next surgery to my left foot.

HSS has the best medical team in the country. Everyone from the security team, receptionists, nurses, surgeons, and their teams are very professionally experienced and capable of meeting the needs as well as the requirements of their patients. May God continue to empower the the team of HSS.

I felt that Dr Henry and Nurse [last name] listened to me, carefully explaining the condition of my ankle using the X-rays as visuals and using terms that I could understand but that were still appropriate (tibia, fibula, talus, etc.) and sharing a summary of our meeting on myhss, and explaining treatment options that I am currently comfortable with.

It would have been good to have more explanations on what my test results meant, and what my overall diagnosis meant. It seemed the doctor was a little rushed but very compassionate.

Night before the surgery, I was nervous with only one hour of sleep. Dr. Jensen Henry warmly greeted me at 6 am which put me at ease!
