My facial was about half as long as was done in the past. Less than 30 minutes for hydrafacial plus dermaplaning (which I paid an additional $75 for)

Called to schedule appointment due to insect bite. Couldn’t get in until following day. Ben was great and diagnosed staph infection and topical meds; however getting the prescription filled took 2.5 days and the infection got increasingly worse. Staff didn’t view appointment as a priority, sent to wrong pharmacy; did not view the prescription as urgent. Only 3rd person took the time to get things taken care of and follow up.

Worst experience ever. Thought I was scheduled with a Dr and I wasn't. Had to wait 30 minutes after our appt. The NP we met with won't be there in 2 months for a follow up they are leaving the practice (so why did you even schedule us with him!). When I asked to have a phone number or email to provide feedback the woman at the front desk said there was none. Then when I pressed her another person said yes there is a email you can provide. She was extremely annoyed to have to write it down for us. All the people that work there seem unhappy and really pissed off. Only good experience was the NP actually did a great job listening and answering questions. I woudl never recommend this pracitce
