P.A. Erin was brilliant! She was excellent in providing the facial skin treatment that I requested and for that I give her 5 stars. In addition, she was patient in listening to all my questions and needs, and was wonderful in providing instructions regarding my ongoing facial skincare. However, I had negative experiences on the last two visits with the hispanic checkout guy employed there. He pretended like he was busy, and forced me to stand around for minutes for him to finish whatever he was doing both times. And he was extremely rude and offensive both times for no reason and needs to be fired. Just because my face was ugly at the time due to the treatment, doesn't mean that he should refuse to service me and mean mug me. Just extremely unprofessional of him and really made it a stressful situation.

Scheduled my annual skin check with Dr. Arch, moved out of state for the last two years and was back and able to see her. I can say hands down, she is the best Dermatologist I have ever been to! She is kind, considerate, super knowledgable and thorough!

I arrived a few minutes early, waited in the comfortable waiting area. A friendly nurse came and took me to the exam room, after some questions, Dr. K.Horn arrived and did the poceedure I requested. Dr Horn was wonderfully attentive and professional.

Clean, up to date, staff kind, experienced, caring. Cynthia is wonderful! I was uptight about my 1st time there and she was kind, explaining everything. I will definitely be back to see her! It’s too bad Elmwood park location isn’t going to carry aesthetics. Bucktown is challenging but I will definitely book an appointment and see how it goes. Thank you!

I didn't feel that the doctor was very thorough during the screening. The exam was very quick. In previous examinations, the doctors notated the shape and size of my moles to keep track of changes. That did not happen in this exam and I did not feel that the previous notes were being used in this meeting at all. She was very nice though.

The doctor barely looked at my son and the things on his skin. Not sure how you can give a diagnosis when there’s almost no exam or research. Write it off as eczema when it’s in a circular state and raised off the skin. A literally waste of time.
