Dr. Meyer Horne is the BEST! Very kind while getting some upsetting information.

I saw the PA, she is blonde but I forgot her name. She is a great listener and takes into account my acne, rosacea and sensitive skin issues before prescribing any medicine. She's great.

Check in was fine, but waiting area experience was a bit chaotic. Visit with Dr Horn was pleasant and went about as quickly as possible.

I came 10 minutes late and then had to wait 1 hour to see a doctor. I’m just confused as to how short my appointment window was that the team decided to take on the next client.

Dr. Keimig and her assistant, Giselle (?sp), are awesome. On time, always smiling.

The sign in staff always are pleasant and professional. The waiting time is always exactly to your appt time. Sometimes a bit earlier. Dr Kemig has always been professional, considerate, apathetic, knowledgeable, and educational. I love that she explains the reason as to why she is going to do or Rx something. Her medical assistant Giselle is professional, kind and caring. And the exit staff is also wonderful. I usually sign out with Arthur. His smile is pleasant. Arthur keeps me updated on my cost and insurance coverage. Overall the staff, Doctor, office, examining rooms are clean and well equipped. I have nothing bad to say about this office.

Efficient and professional encounter

Timely , Dr was very pleasant and listened to my concerns . Open to questions and explained everything well. Assistant was also great.

I had a couple procedures done, but wasn't told of charges or insurance coverage. The Doctor was good and very personable, however, the biz side of the visit wasn't covered. I called later, and the info was not available regarding the procedure...was reminded of a charge left over fro first visit...hadn't been aware of that charge or insurance coverage either.

I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Horn. He explained everything completely. He is very friendly and easy to talk to.

I was thoroughly dissatisfied with my last experience at Dermatology & Aesthetics and, despite being a patient for the last 15 – 20 years, I am considering never coming back. It is not easy to get to your office these days with the Kennedy construction. I left 45 minutes early to travel the 3.5 miles so that I would arrive to my appointment on time. I was called to the exam room on time and then had to wait 15 – 20 minutes past my appointment time of 8:30am for Shannon Driscoll to enter. Shannon asked if I had been using the in-home light for my psoriasis. I said I had not as I was unsure how to use it. She asked if I had opened the box and read the instructions (in a highly condescending tone). I said I had not. It was clear she also did not know how I should use it, and reiterated several times that I should read the instructions. I’m sure that getting my insurance to pay for the light box was lucrative for both Dermatology and Aesthetics and Shannon Driscoll. It is disappointing that she could not tell me how I should use it. Shannon then asked how my psoriasis was going with the prescribed cream. I said that it felt like by last tube of the same medicine worked better. Shannon said that it was highly unlikely as it is patented medicine (in the same highly condescending tone). At this point I was done with Shannon. I honestly think the same patented cream is not working as well as I suspect my psoriasis is a different type – some of the lesions are not raised and scaly like before – it’s almost embedded in my skin. But I no longer felt like speaking with Shannon and she never even examined my lesions. She said “I’m not sure why you are here.” At this point, I could not have agreed more, so I left. Had Shannon read the notes from our last session, maybe she would have seen that we had talked about her examining a small growth on my upper eye lid. But at this point, I wonder if it was even in the notes. I missed an important client meeting for this appointment. All in, it was a 90-minute waste of time, including my commute time.
