I was there for my annual 6 month check up. Scheduled visit was on time and Dr. Horn and everyone was very courteous and professional.

Dr. Meyer Horn is always so positive and kind! He makes up for several problems with D and A, such as the fact that it does not take my BC Medicare Advantage plan.

When I scheduled the appt, the scheduler told me that Dr Gordon wanted to see me for more time to discuss my other ongoing issues so I was booked out really far in advance to accommodate that timing. When I got to the appt it felt very rushed and I was told by the nurse that they only had 10 minutes and I would have to come back for my other concerns.

From the valet parking to check in to being called and taken to the office went smoothly and professionally. Drashti was professional and kind and Shannon Driscoll is thorough in her diagnosis and explaining when and what medication to put on. She writes everything down for you so there is no mistake. She is a kind and thoughtful professional! I travel 50 minutes to see her because she put me on a medication cocktail that really works for me! I am so grateful a friend recommended her to me!!

It was fine. I felt frustrated because a lot of time was wasted in the beginning. I had to explain what was wrong a bunch of times to one person, and then I had to repeat it again to the PA. Perhaps it could have been written down, or I could write it down.

Everything was great, nice service. Great doctor and assistant. Made me feel comfortable. Check in was easy and they were friendly. However, the appointment room wasn't very inviting. Cement floors, echoey room, very harsh lighting, could use some color or something to warm it up a bit. Felt like I was going to be operated on in the twilight zone.
