I have been going to Dermatology + Aesthetics for over a dozen years and have always had a positive experience. Everyone on their team is extremely kind or helpful. A special shout out to my current doctor Emily Keimig and her assistant Maggie. Dr. Keimig and her team always puts me at ease and couldn't have been more attentive and invested in my health.

Dr. Horn is incredibly personable, thorough, attentive, and a master of his craft. Any concern I have ever had is easily addressed and with the office messaging service contacting my Dr. with any concern is as easy as sending a text. I think this is a great office, and I think Dr. Horn is the best doctor I could have ever found.

Dr Horn is an amazing doctor explains in detail every procedure and takes time and does not rush thru the appointment. They do not let you wait when your appointment is a certain time you arrive and minutes later they call your name. What a caring compassionate doctor. So glad I found her practice.

The visit itself was great, the actual provider was patient, knowledgable, and helpful, but the appointment booking experience was awful. The web portal is hard to use, confusing, and frustrating. I got no confirmation of my appointment and had to call, and then the day before my appointment they called to say my appointment was done wrong and had to be cancelled and were very rude about it. If not for the care when I was in the office I would have changed to another dermatology practice.
