The visit itself was great, the actual provider was patient, knowledgable, and helpful, but the appointment booking experience was awful. The web portal is hard to use, confusing, and frustrating. I got no confirmation of my appointment and had to call, and then the day before my appointment they called to say my appointment was done wrong and had to be cancelled and were very rude about it. If not for the care when I was in the office I would have changed to another dermatology practice.

The doctor and assistant were professional and kind. They provided an examination, removed a mole that was concerning, and explained their reasoning and next steps clearly. I left feeling cared for and healthy. The valet experience was the only negative. I was told that I couldn't park where I did and would need to valet my car. When I returned, he handed me my keys and said you're good to go. He had moved my car 20 feet. Why did I need to pay for this "service"?

I was brought back to the exam room at the exact time of my appointment, by a very pleasant and professional medical assistant who asked me numerous questions prior to my meeting with the doctor. I always appreciate my visits with Dr. (Meyer) Horn, as he is very focused during the visit, while also maintaining a connection with the patient. I also appreciated the fact that despite the many warnings about not asking about other issues during the TBSE, Dr. Horn very kindly took the time to address an ancillary concern. Thank you! P.S. The front desk staff was also professional, helpful and pleasant.

Karin horn is the best. I feel her recommendations are honest and in my best interest. Staff is friendly and the decrease in paperwork is an added bonus. Used to feel like I had ti fill out so many forms every visit.
