I had a treatment that I had a year ago, Sofwave. Last year when I did Sofwave, I found that the communication prior to my tx was weak and the treatment was extremely painful. This adaptations to the protocol made the whole experience much better.

Easy to make an appt. The nurse was very helpful and warn in getting me ready for the procedure. The procedure was done by Erin and she is expert and kind and i was totally happy with everything . My only request was that i be texted ir emailed instructions for aftercare. These instructions were given verbally and i believe i rememberec them well, but would have liked to have them in writing.

I had to wait almost an hour past my appointment time to be seen. They were very apologetic, but it was still a long time to wait.
