Medical appt was excellent but manager of store was incredibly rude

There was a scheduling issue and I arrived an hour early. I was told to check in that I’d likely get brought in early. I did get in early! 6 minutes before the actual appoint me time. And then I sat in a room for 30 minutes PAST my scheduled time. And this is not the first time. It seems like the office is consisting begind by 5-30 minutes. I will find a new dermatologist if this continues. Don’t over schedule your patients.

Dr. Robinson went above and beyond to ensure i could come in and accommodated my schedule. She is always very helpful and provides skin suggestions based on her assessment of my personal needs.
