The office is always efficient and helpful, especially when an urgent refill is needed. The front desk will give a message to the provider, which is fantastic. Baptist Primary and Murabella is located perfectly for our family - close to home and near several pharmacies.

Dr Chong and all of the staff have been friendly and helpful to address all issues that I have. Office manager Shawnetta has been extremely helpful with insurance issues.She is a joy to talk to. This office is a perfect example of how medical facilities should be operated. My thanks to all of them.

I like the professionalism and the kindness of everyone I have come into contact with who works there from the doctors to the nurses to the administrative staff. I greatly appreciate the office for working me in for an appointment when I felt horrible and was not improving. I hadn't been sick in years. I appreciate that they were able to quickly test and rule out the named communicable illnesses - RSV, COVID, Flu. I was really happy with my practice I visited in Maryland for 30 years and wondered if I'd find a primary care practice in FL that was as good. I think Baptist primary care is exceptional and I'm so happy to have such a primary care practice available to me close to where I live.

Dr. Samantha Kraly is the reason I came here from Jacksonville A bonus is that the office is new spacious. oarking is easy. Lab on premises a huge plus.

Dr. Kraly is superb! Knowledgeable and clearly focused on the patient. Every staff member encountered was friendly and helpful. The facility is only a short drive south of Jax, well maintained and "operating room" clean. Highly recommend this Dr. Kraly and this office.
