It has an instant open view, Representatives can be seen at the front desk as you walk in and you are greeted right away with a smile. The place is very clean with plenty of seating. The staff is friendly and provides simple explanations and requests that are easy to understand.

My doctor is great. She’s very thorough and listens to everything. I talk about the office is no one clean. Cleanliness is really important to me. The staff is friendly and always helpful.

I really liked Marla, it was my first visit, I feel it will be easy to communicate with her. I hope she will be my PCP. I feel confident that she will be able to help me manage my health care.

Dr. Chong is one of the best physicians in Florida. I am a military veteran of four wars. I was bed ridden for years. Dr. Chong is responsible for bringing me back to a fully active life. I recommended that she receive an award from the Department of Defense Assistant Secretary for Health Affairs. Everyone in the Murabella Primary Care Office is always friendly, supportive and very professional. I always look forward to every visit at Murabella Primary Care, Baptist Health.

When I make an appointment I am seen on time. They take the time to explain everything. And if I need to see a specialist the next day that specialist office calls me to make the appointment. So it is very easy to manage my health with this offfice. My primary care Doctor is Dr. Kye Chong. She is very thorough and takes the time to listen to me and educate me on taking better care of myself. I also love the Baptist Health Network. They have a portal my.baptistchart.com that I can look at 24x7 and see all my bloodwork test results. Any notes the doctors write is on there so I can reference them when I need it. All my scheduling appointments are there too. So it makes it easy to manage my health.
