The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Appointments are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. In the 15 years i have been in Florida, this is the best primary care office I have dealt with. I appreciate all that your staff does to meet my medical needs.

Beautiful, modern, clean and new building. Very friendly staff at check in and check out. Seamless process. My nurse Carla is wonderful and kind and very thorough. And Dr. Chong cares about her patients. She’s compassionate and works with you to be as healthy as possible. I’m very fortunate to have her as my GP.

The staff at the front desk, as well as nurses are all polite, friendly, and professional. Dr. Ernst is a doctor who truly listens to me. I do not feel judged or rushed by him, either. My experience is always a positive one.

Marla Capes is always super patient with me when I’m sick or anxious. She listens and has a wonderful “bed side manner”. The office staff, nurses and phlebotomists are always very nice and go out of their way to set things up and make the appointment easy for me.
