The entire staff was very friendly. I did not have to wait at all and was seen exactly at my appointment time. I was very satisfied with Dr. Gillette. Being a new patient, he took the time to listen and understand my medical history and current needs. His assistant was very caring as well. Scheduling the appointment was very easy as well. Having just moved to the area, I was very pleased to find a primary doctor whom I hope to have for many years.

I like that I don’t have to wait long when I arrive. The timing of the appointments is considerate of the patient. I love Dr. Nielsen. She and I have a good rapport and she understands my philosophy about preventing medical issues versus reacting to them.

Dr. Gillette is wonderful and listens to my concerns. His nurse is so sweet and lighthearted making visits start with a smile or a chuckle! The office staff are very helpful whether while I’m at the office or having to call! I also appreciate the quick responses I receive from all members at Baptist Murrabella!!!

The professionalism and great attitudes of the front office staff , nurses, physician and physician assistant, hope I didn't leave anyone out. I know I probably wouldn't be here today if it weren't for the physician assistant that I had being tenacious in finding out what was wrong with me and referring me to the right specialists. My physician now is doing the same and he answers my questions and will research to get answers.

I love Dr. Platte. She is the best doctor I have ever had! She makes me feel seen and heard and she addresses my concerns with care and expertise. Everyone who works at the front is always so kind and the nurses always start your visit off with care and a smile. I have also seen both Marla(registered nurse) and Melissa(physicians assistant) when I couldn't get in to see Dr. Platte for time sensitive issues and they were both wonderful and caring as well. I couldn't be happier to be a patient at this office.
