I love Dr. Gillette. He makes you feel important and that he doesn't rush you, and he takes everything you say seriously. He really helped me again this time by ordering some imaging that I needed for peace of mind before my cruise. He was able to arrange the imaging the same day as my appointment with him and I had the results by that evening. He even sent me a message personally about the results. He has such a kind and compassionate demeanor. I am so happy that I made the switch to him as my primary care physician.
I also love the staff, including the medical assistants. They always greet you warmly, and make you feel welcome. They are very friendly and easy to talk to while they are taking your vitals. This is a great location in world golf village.

It has an instant open view, Representatives can be seen at the front desk as you walk in and you are greeted right away with a smile. The place is very clean with plenty of seating. The staff is friendly and provides simple explanations and requests that are easy to understand.

They may make a mistake, I may make a mistake, but as the circumstances change they listen and rather than place blame, they correct the situation to the benefit of the patient.
In today’s modern hospital world NO ONE listens to patients! It’s always about the money!

ALWAYS NICE TO WALK IN TO A VERY CLEAN FACILITY. EMPLOYEES NICE, FRIENDLY. WAITING TIME WAS REASONABLE. DR. CURRENT WITH MEDICAL HISTORY OF MYSELF, SEEMED CONCERNED OF ISSUES. DIFINITLY KEEP HIM AS MY PCP.

Most of the staff with whom I have interacted are very personable, efficient, and caring. I saw Dr. Gillette for the first time recently, as he was referred to me by my PCP. Dr. Gillette was very personable and listened carefully to my concerns. He then offered me treatment options and took care of business once I told him my decision. In my opinion, Dr. Gillette is a wonderful addition to the staff at Baptist Primary Care at Murabella.

The entire staff are very friendly and courteous. Appointments are very timely with little to no waiting time. The office is very modern, clean and spacious. Dr. Gillette takes the time to address all of your concerns in a thorough manner. He has excellent bedside manners and is always very polite and attentive. The front office staff from check in to check out are extremely pleasant and efficient.
