The staff, especially Dr Chong, Marla and Carla are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain and consult. They do this with great patience and I am very appreciative. They also respond to all calls and inquiries promptly by phone and using the portal.

Dr Chong listens to my concerns and she also reads the reports from hospitals and other doctors because she is mentioning those issues to me and scheduling me with specialists.
She has been amazing and is taking my health issues seriously. I've been her patient for 2 years now and I'm very grateful.
Before her my PCP didn't communicate with my other doctors even though he said he would so things weren't going so smoothly for my health. Thank you so much Dr Chong :-).
My medical assistant Carla is also wonderful and keeps in good communication. I always hear back in a very timely manner, thank you carla.
I also like that the office lobby is not overflowing with patients waiting as that can make some people anxious.
I don't know the names of the ladies at the desk but they are very professional and kind.
