Friendly staff especially the nursing assistant. MD Dr Chong is very attentive and listens to all comments. You get to see exactly what was discussed and recommendations on the clinical notes. You get a summary immediately as you are walking out the door. The fully integrated Medical Record with Baptist South is very important!

Everybody from reception to the end are very nice people. Carla who checked my blood pressure and things is very nice and very helpful. Dr. Chong is very knowledgeable and explains all my blood work in detail.
