Customer service provided by everyone is top notch. Friendly, caring, supportive, and clean. Dr. Platte always goes above and beyond. Having been a patient of hers for almost ten years, reason I departed from Florida Blue to find a health care provider who has Dr. Platte and her team on their list. Kudos to all. The staff is efficient and friendly. Dr. Platte is among the best internists I have had - a good listner, takes her time and answers any concerns or questions I have. The facility is clean and spacious.
