Efficiency! Always taken on time if not a bit early. Some other office do that but then you sit for eons waiting for the doctor. The doctor wait time is usually very reasonable as well. And if they are a little longer they apologize.

Dr. Platte is an outstanding doctor. Very patient, knowledgeable, and caring. When I was there for annual checkup, I got sick after the wax was removed from my ears. Dr. Platte stayed with me even after the office had closed for the evening. She waited until someone came to drive me home. I was totally embarrassed but she eased my distress with her comforting words. She is truly a caring doctor and not just one who does their job and leaves for the day.

Very friendly staff. Professional atmosphere. And Dr Platte is a gem. Answers all my many questions. She is up to date on the latest meds and offers the best medical advice. She’s actually saved me twice from more severe situations by quickly analyzing my condition and recommending the appropriate treatment.
