It is not about the Office as the Doctor. Dr Rigaud is new there. He seems quite thorough and pleasant. I look forward to working with him.

It was my first visit to this facility and to see Dr Rigaud. The staff were very friendly and professional. Dr Rigaud was fantastic. He was very thorough and anticipated my concerns, ensuring that I had sound information and the proper tests were ordered. He reviewed them very quickly and gave a well thought out plan and information for my health and necessary improvements. Dr Rigaud took his time during the appointment, and his review of my results showed the same level of care, which is rare these days. I'm glad I was able to get on his calendar and become a patient.

Dr. Rigaud was very pleasant & took time with reviewing my extensive medical history. He has the demeanor of not being rushed and answered my questions I had. The staff I encountered were polite and very helpful since this was my first time to have an appointment with physician due to moving from out of state. Thank you all for for a nice experience. I will be having my husband make his new patient consultation with Dr. Rigaud when your office moves to new location. Much appreciated.

Front office staff are pleasant and efficient. When my doc left, I was apprehensive, but Dr, Rigaud has exceeded all expectations. After my blood work but before my wellness exam, he posted a note on my chart, explaining the results. I’ve never experienced that before. He is personable, thorough, listens and does not rush. The best primary care physician I’ve ever had. He is moving to another location which is further from where I live, but I’m glad to transfer my healthcare to his new location.

From the staff to Dr. Rigaud, I cannot say enough. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly from the time you check in until checkout. Dr. Rigaud is amazing, he listens and pays very good attention to everything I say which reflects in his care and visit documentation. He has a phenomenal bedside manner, takes whatever time is necessary to make sure my needs are met and truly cares about his patients.

The office staff are extremely helpful and always greet me with a smile.
The nurses also greet you with a smile and make sure that you are very well taken care of before you see the doctor.
This is the first time to visit Dr. Rigaud, he seemed very knowledgeable and carrying, he is easy to talk to and took his time to listen to my concerns, he made sure I understood what we discussed and that all my questions were answered before leaving the office. I feel that Dr. Rigaud will be a good fit to help me with my health concerns.
