Clean, good space in eating area, Helpful staff at front desk, medical assistant, and check out. Dr Fredrickson is very thorough and listens and she is helpful and caring. I feel very comfortable when coming to my visits.

The front desk staff are always so nice and welcoming with smiles on their faces. Your phlebotomist is so good at her job, she never misses my vein and it's painless. My physician always makes me feel at ease and listens to any concerns I may have.. I've seen the PA Melissa F. Several times and I am so happy with the care she gives. My health has improved with the additional medications she added. Your office is about 3 miles from my home which makes it convenient.

My husband and I both had a great experience at Baptist Primary Care. We are both new patients and felt that a lot of time was given to collect our medical history The PA, Melissa, was kind and understanding and a good listener. The rest of the staff was very friendly and their new facility was beautiful.

We had our first visit as new patients with the PA, we were very impressed. She spend two hours with my husband and me going over all our medical history from previous years. We would absolutely have no problem having appointments with this PA, if a doctors appointment is not available. She was great! The office is very large and very nice. All the staff in the front office was very nice and polite. Location is great if you live in WGV.
