Staff was friendly. This was my first visit as a new patient of Dr. [last name]. However, Melissa Fredrickson, his PA, provided my appointment. I found Melissa to be very competent, easy to talk to, very open to explaining any of my questions. I was very happy to recognize that, prior to my appointment, she had already reviewed all my records and knew my concerns. I was very impressed with her. Extremely happy with the medical service I received.
