The efficiency! Intake was fast. I had a 4:00 appointment and was called back promptly at 4:00. Dr. Ernst is always professional and straightforward. Moreover, he's a good listener and encourages questions. I never get the feeling that he's trying to rush through the process to get to his next patient. Finally, the checkout process was was quick and pleasant.
