Check-in was simple and straightforward, with those at the front desk being pleasant and helpful. Procceses were efficient. I was called back at the exact time of my appointment. Also, checkout was prompt, and the employee who facilitated the checkout was cordial and professional.

Beautiful, modern facility with a calming environment. I LOVE that there is no TV in the waiting area. The team is outstanding from check-in to check-out, efficient, professional, and friendly. Dr. Ernst is the best! Finally I don't miss my long-time primary care physician from Palm Beach County so much, who I thought I would never be able to replace.
Everyone is so efficient and the Epic patient portal MyBaptistChart is fantastic. Getting my bloodwork done is easy and convenient (no more trips to Quest for subpar care). I like the "letters" I get with my post-test results letting me know how everything looks. This depth of communication is a new experience for me and it enables me to manage my health at a whole new level.
