Excellent follow up with my Nurse Practitioner which covered recent blood work results and planning concerning diet, cholesterol, and blood sugar (type 2 diabetes). Also covered discussion of appointments with current medical specialists, e.g. Endocrinologist, Psychiatrist, and Ophthalmologist. Nurse Practitioner also conducted questionnaire covering my mental condition. Follow up appointment was also discussed.
