Every person on Agewell medical team has conducted themselves in the most professional, kind and considerate manner. My appointment with Nurse Practitioner Rosemary this past week very reassuring knowing that through her expertise my needs will be met in the best manner possible. I am so glad she is following up on a test performed on me many years ago that was neither shared with me before not one but two former providers in two different hospitals.

The people at the front desk know who we are (or at least pretend to). For the most part, the wait time is short, even in the exam room. I like the follow-up phone calls and the services that are available to us.

Everything. Your office staff is consistently uplifting, informative, and reassuring. Very professional. Wonderful people skills. And NP Leigh Ann (Margaret Stachowiak) is a God-send. Every one of her visits has been so encouraging. She asks the right questions, listens intently, and always provides suggestions and approaches that prove to be spot on, immediately useful, and targeted to underlying issues and their remediation. Possibly the best nursing professional we have ever encountered. Baptist AgeWell is heads and heels above its competition in every area.
