Loved, loved, loved Douglas. Great communication skills and really liked the fact that he had a student from Nova with him. He even invited back if Downtown wasn't available.

I had a need my local clinic could not meet and they set up a virtual with the PA in Fernandina. She was excellent and I am completely satisfied.

I usually go to the DT Jax office but got rolled to the Fernandina office and spoke with a very empathetic woman who has also spoken to my husband. She solved my issue, got me a virtual appointment and was such a lovely human being. Kudos if you keep this lovely person on boarder!
