The entire Nocatee Baptist AgeWell office worked as a team to get things done for me when I needed them the most. Recently , I needed prescription medicines & Durable Medical Equipment after 3 weeks of inpatient care. PA Doug, Administrator Toi & Brenda spent many hours dealing with 3rd party suppliers working on getting me exactly what I needed. There was a lot of restrictions & red tape but they didn’t stop until they got me everything that I needed. In addition to delivering the dynamics of patient care, they are truly kind & compassionate people. They treat you like an individual & not just an insurance patient. I know that I can count on them to take the best care of me. Dr [last name] is also a wonderful engaging clinician who is thorough & comprehensive in her care. Can’t say enough great things about them.

The Dr was so detailed. She wanted to understand everything my mom has gong on with her health and medications. She eased the frustrations I currently have in ensuring she's gets care as she's bed bound and my father is getting older so it helps me more. I was brought to tears but I'm aporeciative

My new primary Doctor really took her time she had gone over everything with me. I really felt heard. She addressed the many health problems i have. Gave me referrals. Im so happy that I have changed primary doctors.
I might have to travel a little further but it is worth it.

Baptist Age Well office in Nocatee is an excellent facility. The staff are always helpful and Dr [full name] always llistens and takes her time to answer all my questions and always orders the appropriate tests and meds. Doug is one of the PAs and he is knowledgeable and again listens and reponds to any questions or problems. One of the best medical experiences I've had.

Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring from the girls who answer the phones at the front desk to the clinical staff in the back office. Dr. [last name] and her PA Doug take their time listening, and asking questions to best assess the patient and their concerns.

When you call the office and ask them to help you, they start immediately. They answer the phone ready to help.

I like the convience of the in h0me care. the staff or very nice and comfortable to have to assist me with my care. their schedule is much better than my previous primary care provider. I've been doing well under the superviision and care tthat is provided. I can call and have my prescription call, their on 24hr notice if I need anything urgent. It's great to have their attention for my care.

I like Dr. C. She stays on point. She helps me figure out medication’s and different doctors I do or do not need to go to. She listens and that’s very important to me. If the instructions are a bit complicated, she turns and talks to my caregiver tells her exactly what needs to be done and that I need to remember, which helps because I had now have somebody who can when I get home tell me what it is that that I need to change in my lifestyle to follow Dr. C’s orders.

It was designed to help senior citizens handle their medical issues. I have been there twice and gotten very good help and advice on my issues. I thank the staff.
