The nurses who visited me at my home were very thouough, inter-personally pleasant, friendly, and professional. At the conclusion I felt that they had covered a very wide an in-depth review of my personal medical history. They gave me sage advise about my medical likelihood of future expectations and suggestions for maintaining a good medical profile. I thought the time they spent was well worth it.

What drew me to the downtown office of Agewell first and foremost, was Dr. Regina Bielawski. She is above and beyond the best physician one could hope for! She is very thorough and interested in solving medical problems. She is very patient and truly listens to what you’re saying but is not afraid to give you instruction you may not want to hear. I always have confidence in her to have my best interest at heart. She has a wonderful sense of humor as well! I would be lost without her as my physician. The staff are wonderful as well. They are so pleasant and caring.

1. Front office help very professional, helpful, friendly, and followup is always timely.

The new doctor really took the time and talked to my mom. It wasn’t all about what I told him but how she was communicating and how she was doing. He made her feel part of the appointment and not us talking about her.

I had a virtual appointment on Wednesday due to the weather conditions. The age well team stayed with me the whole time to make sure I was connected to Rosemary Wilson.
