My doctor , Dr [last name] and Anna ,nurse are very professional, friendly, always takes time with me and explains everything. I never wait long for an appointment. Everyone' in the office is friendly, prompt to do things.

The nurses who visited me at my home were very thouough, inter-personally pleasant, friendly, and professional. At the conclusion I felt that they had covered a very wide an in-depth review of my personal medical history. They gave me sage advise about my medical likelihood of future expectations and suggestions for maintaining a good medical profile. I thought the time they spent was well worth it.

My mother has a wonderful Nurse Practitioner, Anna. She comes to see my mom monthly and if ever an issue she is there to check her out in between her scheduled visits . She is kind and caring . I do wish the doctor that overseers the AgeWell patients would stop by and see mom. When we first became an AgeWell patient 19 months ago , mom was visited by a wonderful physician. She was very knowledgeable and caring .

Not disappointed. Had a good visit with Nurse home visit. She is really professional, so informative and helpful. I just am not totally aware of all of the other services that might in the future be of real assistance to me. The one that, at least at present makes me very uncomfortable would be for me to give up my Primary in order to be eligible to receive certain services.
