The people at the front desk know who we are (or at least pretend to). For the most part, the wait time is short, even in the exam room. I like the follow-up phone calls and the services that are available to us.

Highly skilled and compassionate caregivers. Dr. [ ] is terrific, and Doug is an outstanding PA. They are especially good with preventative medicine. The office is efficient and the staff is very helpful. This is a great practice!

Agewell at the beaches was unable to get us in on a Friday. We had a video appointment with Douglas Fowler in the Nocatee office for my 80 year old mother in law who has dementia. He was so thorough and was wonderful working with us. Gave very specific directions and ordered an xray to rule out pneumonia. She is on the mend. We have been to both Nocatee and the Beaches office and love them both. Thank you Agewell!

The medical treatment I received on line from Greg was excellent. I was feeling awful but Greg recommended several treatment options which I followed, he was very supportive and had a lot of information about effective treatment for my sinus infection. I had a series of important commitments the following day that I needed to be well enough for. After following his suggestions and resting as was recommended, I soon felt totally recovered. I am so appreciative.

The office and staff are always ready to provide first class service. Blood draws being done at home make a significant difference in not having to go to a clinic or hospital. The Baptist portal and web site are simple to use as well as informative.

the office is very professional, courteous, clean and friendly. the staff takes a personal interest in their patients, they have close ties with Baptist Beaches and will refer you to a specialist if necessary. I also like the fact that it is a 5-10 minute walk from my apartment.
