We have never been to the office but had a video appointment with W. Fowler PA. He was wonderful. Very nice and handled all of our questions with kindness and professionalism. He took care of everything.

THE FRONT DESK STAFF, SCHEDULERS AND WAIT TIME IS PERFECT. EVERYONE IN THE FRONT IS ON THEIR GAME. DOUG IS EXCELLENT AN PA. HE IS ATTENTIVE TO YOUR QUESTIONS AND KNOWS WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT BECAUSE HE KNOWS YOUR HISTORY BEFORE YOU COME IN. ON THE DAY I CAME IN HE WAS TRAINING A STUDENT PA. HE WAS PATIENT AND CARING AND TREATED HER WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT. I WAS IMPRESSED. WISH HE WAS MY DOCTOR, BUT THE DOCTORS SHOULD BE HAPPY HE'S THEIR PA.
