I had a need my local clinic could not meet and they set up a virtual with the PA in Fernandina. She was excellent and I am completely satisfied.

I usually go to the DT Jax office but got rolled to the Fernandina office and spoke with a very empathetic woman who has also spoken to my husband. She solved my issue, got me a virtual appointment and was such a lovely human being. Kudos if you keep this lovely person on boarder!

The nurse i talked was very friendly and personable. I trusted her and she was easy to talk with. she listen and was caring. She was knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem, and came up with a solution. Great experience

I really like Rosemary Wilson, the Nurse Practitioner. She listens and has ideas that are more in line with my needs than a doctor may. The reason I chose 9 instead of 10 is because the doctors keep changing. But since I like Rosemary, it isn't too much of an issue.

Everything! Efficient, attention to detail, caring & supportive staff. For the most part, exceeds my expectations. After experiencing the complete opposite at Dedicated Senior Medical Center (Cedar Hills on Blanding Blvd), I was very discouraged & asked around for suggestions & recommendations. Two great separate sources immediately said Baptist AgeWell, without hesitation. On my first visit, I was not at all impressed. My 2nd visit was much better. I learned that they had been short staffed & was transitioning. I'm very happy, proud, & satisfied. Thank you! Y'all are the best.

I had a virtual appointment on Wednesday due to the weather conditions. The age well team stayed with me the whole time to make sure I was connected to Rosemary Wilson.
