I got a same day appointment. I answered all the pre- appointment questions. The medical practitioner was right on time. She reviewed my symptoms and and medical history. After confirming my pharmacy, she sent in a Rx for Covid and counseled me. Perfect

The location is good for me. I've only been twice, saw the doctor once and this last time met with the PA. I have to say that I really appreciate the meetings I've had at various medical offi-ces with the PAs. They know their stuff and they spend the time so that you feel heard.

Patience with patients. Very unusual these days when there is no sense of rush. Time to ask questions and be understood. The practice is oriented to seniors and the ability to discuss matters is reassuring.
