I have been very happy with agewell. Dr bielawski has been great. I like all the services for my mother is all in one place. And the portal has been an amazing tool to have. From front desk to nurses and Drs they all work as a team and it shows.

Accessibility and responsiveness of the staff is number one. The office is calm and friendly. I feel heard and seen. It is a comfortable atmosphere where I never feel rushed. Totally professional and knowledgeable providers.

The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Office is well maintained and comfortable. Dr. Bielawski is the best of the best! I have had many ongoing problems and she is committed to finding solutions not just bandages. She is very thorough and takes her time asking all the right questions until she's satisfied. She is one of those rare physicians that instill confidence by being thorough and putting the welfare of the patient first. I don't ever want to lose her!

They are very good with my mother and me. They take time and you don't feel rushed. My mother feels comfortable and she is a very anxious person. She likes going there. The care and tests and follow up are great.

I appreciate the way I am greeted with a smile: the wait time is not too long, and assistants are always pleasant. So many people regard older people as a nuisance; while if they realized they will be like me if they are lucky.
