We like the fact that all services offered are done in the home. As we are both disabled and transport is expensive, we are happy to have AgeWell come to our home.

I like that when I call an actual person answers the phone. I can always get my questions answered and they are so polite and caring. The whole staff is great. From the receptionist to the nurses.

Areas of exceptional medical service: 1. Front office help very professional, helpful, friendly, and followup is always timely. 2. In-home visits by primary medical professional always on time with a very complete health assessment, prescription review, with assignment of bloodwork and/or other medical specialist as needed for care.

I???m very impressed with the absolute dignity in which you feel when you first meet your staff. the staff that was sent to our home, the level of kindness, respect and compassion that we received was just amazing. The information we received was very helpful regarding our health and wellbeing. I thank you for the service that has been offered to us thus far.

The service is quick and always with a follow up. The front office staff is very friendly and willing to help with any questions we might have. The nurses are knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to keep you comfortable. We love Dr. B.,but had to move to a home visitingAPRN Kristin Gonzales. She has a wonderful bedside manner, and takes great care of us.So glad we are apart of Age Well.
