The staff at Baptist AgeWell are friendly, caring and efficient. The doctor's take their time with you and are they are very thorough. They understand "seniors" well, and keep up with current medical trends for their patients. I am very impressed with this practice.

Everything. Everyone was friendly, patient and caring. They saw me as a new patient post ER visit when my previous Baptist PCP of 15 years told me they could see me and to go back to the ER. The physician was very thorough and I feel like I found my new medical home.

Since all my history and test data is in My Chart, it seems redundant to ask me about history. It would be helpful if the doctor looked at the chart prior to my initial visit to familiarize herself with my situation.

I liked the staff. I liked the doctor, Dr. C. First visit was good. Time will tell but since we are aging I like that they focus on aging well'.whatever that means to you and/or your circumstances. The only drawback is they follow more Western medicine than holistic (I think).

Pleasant and comfortable office. Front desk and assistant staff were pleasant, attentive and efficient. The doctor spent plenty of time with me. She was personable, pleasant, professional, skilled, detailed and thorough. She also listened attentively, which I have not always found to be the case with other practices.

I am most impressed by the Beaches Agewell office for upon entering the office I am greeted by Diane and/or Valerie and welcomed in a friendly, professional manner. The office is open and filled with light and clean. The wait is quick and the providers are very thorough and intentional in their approach to my care with detailed, easy to understand explanations. I would highly recommend this office.
