I was able to get my Mom a sonogram and 2 x-rays the same day of my call. The office staff and technicians performing the scans were top notch and very professional and patient friendly. I will most likely continue to go to CMI in the future!

My grandmother had an amazing experience! I am so thankful that the staff was so accommodating to her. She is not from here and I had to leave her there for a test- one that would have her sitting for 3 hours. They made her comfortable and checked on her during testing. I honestly cant thank this team enough! Thank you and thank you again!

So many things were a disappointment beginning with the fact that the technician didn't bother to introduce herself to me. Secondly, she never offered me an eye mask. I had to request it. Thirdly, she didn't offer music. I had to ask. Also, technicians changed during the MRI. I should have been told that when I took off my eye mask after the test that I would be seeing a different face than when I put it on. The radiologist wasn't even in the building. I had to wait to have the contrast injected until the radiologist arrived. I could go on and on. Beware.

CMI is an outstanding facility. It was easy to make an appointment that met my schedule. Responsive staff who answered my questions. Knowledgeable and kind technicians who did the PET scan. I would never use another provider.

Every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly and informative. I’ve always used the Annapolis location, but needed an appointment sooner than later and opted to travel to the Glen Burnie location. I was very pleased with every aspect of the visit including receiving test results the very next morning.

thank you for letting me write a note insted of checking 1-10 on a bunch of items as they are annoying. The 3 people with whom I interacted could not have done anything better, Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, explained exactly what was going to happen and made sure I was ok at the end.
