I visited Chesapeake Imaging at their Glen Burnie, Md. site. Amanda was the lady that did my complicated test. She was thorough in her instructions, she explained points so that I could understand, she was friendly and very sweet. She answered every question that I had and if she was not clear on something, she checked with the radiologist. I was a little apprehensive, but she made me very comfortable

I arrived for my appointment a hour early as requested. I did not get seen for 40 minutes beyond my appointment time. I sat and watched five people who came in after me that had appointments at the same time get seen before me. I was extremely frustrated and annoyed at the entire process. Once seen by the MRI technician, all of that was fabulous! But overall my experience with the waiting process and seeing everybody go before me was horrible.

This place is wonderful! It is clean, has friendly staff, and feels welcoming. I went to another place nearby and will never go back. Chesapeake Medical Imaging is my #1. The only thing that I would change is the communication you receive. I did not received a reminder email of my appointment the week of and received multiple text messages that seemed like spam so I never clicked on the link. But again, this place is lovely.

My experience at this facility was flawless, as always. Chesapeake Imaging is my go to facility. The staff is so pleasant and helpful. I filled out my paperwork online so that all I needed to do upon arrival was to provide necessary insurance card, ID, and copay. Easy peasy. I would like to suggest that for certain test i.e., HIDA scan, a small piece of memory foam for your elbows or an extention to relax your arms may be a good idea because they become stiff and numb from an uncomfortable positioning. Also the apparatus used to put under your knees should be a softer material. That V will cut off circulation. The young ladies, Elizabeth and Ivory were very good and professional. I can't thank them enough. They made me feel calm because they kept me informed about how the test wad moving along. Thank you Chesapeake Imaging.

I started coming there because the care team was awesome and still are. The only thing to improve is the waiting time. I come 20 minutes early but I hate waiting an extra 45 mins. After I get there. My favorite reason to give them my business was the quickness of taking me. My last 2 visits in may were long wait times and I didn’t care for that much. Hopefully that can be improved as 3 others were sitting and complaining and said they maybe go up the street to the other one. Also I had to stand 15 minutes no seats open and I have bad back and sciatica hurts to stand that long and no seats. Hope someone works on the waiting stuff.
