Everyone I dealt with was caring and polite. I spent the day at your facility because of distance. After the clients slowed down, I requested to use the quiet room. I think I was asleep in less than 5 minutes. It was a relief not to be around other people. Thank you.

No issues with the main office staff in general. The inability to read and post results in a timely manner is horrible. I have documented kidney stones, one in particular was large. I was told if it was moving it would be a problem. I had an active kidney stone, I was so concerned i paid out of pocket to be seen immediately. Chesapeake was informed and the tech said should have results next day ideally. Checked in next day was told upto 72 hour for results. Last time i called again at 70 hrs still not read and didnt get anything till the following week. Luckily i didnt have to go to the ER just endured alot of pain.. Your health is not their priority

I think that this imaging location sucks. They told me to come in 1hr prior to my CT scan and everyone in the waiting area has been called except me!!! I’m very disappointed that my doctor sent me here instead of Advanced radiology where the staff is more friendly and has better bed side manners to patients!!!!!

my experience was wonderful!!! from the front desk ladies, to the MA who took me from the dressing room to the MRI machine and the lady who watched did/watched the scans. I would recommend this facility for all my scans!!! WAY TO GO LADIES!!! thank you, Joyce C.

I was treated promptly and professionally by the front office staff. My tech Joanna was friendly and reassuring taking the time to explain the test to me and make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I had to travel one hour from my home but would definitely make the trip again if I need further testing because of the way I was treated

Every person I’ve met at Chesapeake has been delightful and accommodating. The schedulers bent over backward to get me scheduled ASAP and the technicians were personal and compassionate. The only concern I have is the apparent delay in reading the scan. I would expect an overnight turnaround and am disappointed it will take longer.

I was looking for a new radiologist and found Chesapeake Medical Imaging in Glen Burnie for me and my husband. I really love how organized the staff was in preparation for my visit, their professionalism, care and patience in delivery of service. Everyone had a positive attitude. You really feel like they cared and are not just simply doing a job. I highly recommend them.

I was a walk-in for foot x-ray and was taken without a lot of wait time. Everyone was friendly and quite sufficient. I suggest you make sure your paperwork is correct - I had to correct my insurance information was miss entered. Other then that small item, I would highly recommend Chesapeake Medical Imagine, Glen Burnie.
