Chesapeake Medical Imaging is an excellent facility. There's a cozy waiting area with the reception desk. All of the staff to a person is professional, friendly and accommodating. Technicians calmly listen to concerns and allay fears about procedures with concise and humane explanation. The entire operation is well organized, super clean (restroom included) and designed to mitigate the stress of radiology with tranquil colors and natural surfaces. Granted, this is a medical facility but the decore is almost spa like. Thanks to technician Ivory for your calming and caring demeanor and to Chesapeake Medical Imaging for the comprehensive professionalism.

such a great experience - was easy to arrange an MRI after being given the wrong information from another well known Radiology center in the area. Was seen quickly and the staff are brilliant. Will definitely book with them again.

0 the radiologist kept sticking that needle in my dam shoulder talking bout she aint got in the right spot gave her 2 chances to fix the problem thats what they put me in the cat scan first for so she can see where to inject the lidocaine and medicine in .. i was getting a mri arthogram .. Didnt even complete the procedures my arm is swollen and bruised the. she had a attitude never asked was i okay etc im guessing she just started or something

I had another great experience at CMI. No wait time and very professional staff. I was in and out for an ultrasound in under 20 minutes. The staff was friendly, empathetic, and very professional.
