Sonographer was great and very friendly. She took time to explain the measurements of the baby and what she was looking at.

I was not looking forward to my MRI at all. However, the experience was not bad at all and I express my thanks to the technician and told her I would not have been able to do it had it not been for her kindness and sincerity in helping me get through it. I can't thank her enough. I would highly recommend Chesapeake Imaging.

I can not say enough great things about my experience with CMI. They totally exceeded my expectations from the initial call to their call center right through my same day MRI. First off I was in pain from an injury the evening before and Advanced Radiology rudely made it apparent they could not see me for a STAT MRI in their Annapolis, MD office. Next, I called Chesapeake Imagining and their scheduler could not have been more compassionate and caring. She went out of her way to make sure she could get me scheduled on that day. Upon getting to CMI in Glen Burnie, the medical receptionist was very cheerful and again caring and compassionate. Finally met Stephanie my RadTech, so explained all that was going to be done step by step to make me feel comfortable and cared for. The results came a few hours later to the great patient portal. I am recommending them to all the physicians I work with. So happy that I have a go to place for Imagining in the future. Thanks to the entire team for a great experience. Your caring attituded really mean a lot when you are not feeling at your best.

I had a 9:45 appointment, arriving before 9:30. Having been there before, they print out a form to sign, not requiring me to fill in blanks. Some time later (there's no clock and I didn't have time), they brought barium to drink, that required an hr delay for scan. I was taken in after 11:00. They obviously should have given me the barium immediately.

The CT technologist Amanda was fantastic. Very attentive to me and my needs during the whole exam. I will definitely use CMI Glen Burnie for all my imaging needs.
