I have had several tests done at this facility and have always had excellent service from the people working the front desks to the people administering the tests.

Personnel were professional yet friendly. As I forgot my cane, they offered to help me during the test and afterward. Good experience!

Worst place, I’m pregnant and during my Pregnancy everybody has telling me I would love my Anatomy scan, well… today I had it and I gotta say that thanks to Chesapeake medical imagine, I hate it. I was happy to see my little one at least a brief moment, but the radiologist was so cold, I know for her it’s just another fetus, but for me it’s my baby, for me it’s all like I would be for mostly of the mothers, this place and it’s personal doesn’t sympathize with their patients, and I’m really sad this was my experience in my anatomy ultrasound, I have to wait 12 weeks more before I can see my Baby again, and the experience today was So bitter, I just want to cry. I had people doing scans to me in other location and they were kind compassionate and answer my questions, today here everything was I’m not the doctor, yes it’s true you are not the doctor but you know what I’m asking you, because you know where are my baby parts in the sonogram, didn’t comunícate with me at all, and seem annoyed by my baby moving.

Once you walk in the facility the staff greets you very professionally. They take your information and paperwork then proceed to help you with any difficulties that you may have. The technicians were very friendly and courteous. They really care about a patient comfort before they start the procedure. I really like that part.

People were pleasant and knowledgeable. Service was timely and the technicians were reaauring and kind.

Chesapeake Medical Imaging is a great place ! They fit me in on a same day appointment. Mr. Morris and heather is very sweet im glad i went to this place .

I have been getting a majority of my imaging done at Chesapeake since my accident in 2000! The staff, techs and anyone you may come in contact with that works for Chesapeake is pleasant, considerate and empathetic for their patients!
