Everything went exactly as planned. Wait time was brief. Staff was very friendly!

Staff is very nice and attentive. They were all very professional. I like that they had a locker for me to put my valuables.

I was seen for an early pregnancy ultrasound and the report failed to mention the location of the pregnancy. A week later it was found to be ectopic which is a life threatening problem and should promptly be handled. I feel as though my scans weee not read appropriately it also took an entire week for my doctor to receive a report.

As always, the staff at Chesapeake are very helpful & do their best to accommodate as quickly & as expertly as possible. They usually achieve that goal.

The best staff! I had an MRI and they got me in early, soothed me, and we’re just incredible. Unfortunately I had a reaction to the contrast, but they monitored me and reassured me the whole time. The doctor on staff was really kind as well!

This place is top notch. From the scheduling, through registration and imaging. They were all excellent!

Inefficient. I was sent forms to complete online in advance of my appointment. They took about 10-15 mins to complete, but when I got to my appointment a few days later, the office staff said they didn't get it, so I had to do the whole thing again. I also called ahead of my appointment and asked about any copay. They said there wouldn't be one when I came, and they would bill me. However, when I got there, the office told me I had $100 copay due then. Any finally, I had an MRI appointment for 2pm, and waited for an hour and 15 mins for my test. I guess they value my money more than my time, as they collected that promptly, yet had me wait a very long time for a scheduled appointment. As I waited and waited, no one from the office even acknowledged to me they were running late. I had to ask them, and the office staff told me it would be 5 more mins. It was actually 15 more minutes. Interesting how, if a patient is late for an appointment, the office can cancel you and often even charge you a fee, yet medical offices and testing centers can be very late, collect my payment in advance without cincern that my time is also valuable. Very poorly run business.

I cannot say enough positives about CMI. They have amazing knowledgeable customer service appointment scheduler teams. Their facility was modern, clean, and had plenty of seating. Their receptionists were also fabulous to work with. I was having a nightmare day. I cannot drive and a relative took off work to take me to my doctors appointment where I recieved bad news. Doctor ordered a 3T MRI which is rare to find that particular machine. It’s the week before Christmas and my spouse is on a buisness trip I had to get scan done that day since I already had transportation. I called advanced radiology and what a total disaster. Advanced radiology’s customer service scheduler folks kept telling me I had to wait a week to schedule due to pre authorization. I have Blucross blue shield PPO and do not require pre authorization. After arguing with them on the phone they scheduled me same day but told me I would owe 242.00 upon checkin. My ride took me over 45 minutes away to the appointment where I sat for 30 minutes waiting to be told the folks on the phone scheduled me on a regular MRI machine not the 3T. They did not apologize and stated they had nothing available that day or even week for the machine I needed. I found CMI on google and called them. Their scheduler folks asked for my insurance and were able to tell me right then I didn’t require pre authorization and better yet 40 dollars out of pocket for copay. Scheduling knew what they were doing and were able to get me in within the hour. I arrived and the staff was so professional and helpful. Since I can’t drive and don’t have a printer they offered to print some work disability ADA forms for me which was a blessing. The facility was not crowded and was enjoyable to sit in. Compared to the advanced radiology facility it was heaven. I will never go anywhere else CMI of Glen Burnie MD is the absolute best! My fractured foot/ broken ankle and sanity and recovery thanks them.

The young lady that was in with me for my scan was super sweet and very professional

I recently needed a bone scan. I was having some severe nerve pain and was not able to lay down for the scan. They were totally accommodating and very kind in helping to figure out how to do the scans with me upright. Awesome staff!! I would highly recommend!

The young lady at the check in counter was nice, the service was prompt and the technician was very polite and friendly.

Amazing and pleasurable experience

Amazing staff very patience and sweet. I was late a while 20 mins for my appointment. The staff patiently waited for us until we get there. They were very sweet and calmed the whole entire time with me. Karen was one of the employer I had one on one interactions. One of the sweetest and amazing person.
