Great staff (both at the front desk and the technicians). Nice, large waiting room with plenty of seating. Parking is convenient and just out front. Water is provided. The bathrooms are clean. Was fairly easy making an appointment over the phone and completing the paperwork online. They seem to have a lot of availability (at least for the scan I needed). Overall no complaints!

Chesapeake Medical was awesome when my son needed emergency MRI"s of his back and abdomen. Chesapeake Medical contacted multiple locations, willingly moved around schedules and made it happen for us. I am so grateful

Things I like best about Chesapeake is the people and how easy they are to get to. The people are nice and make an old feeble person who no longer walks very well feel not disabled. Also it seems like their locations are very easy to park at and not have to walk a mile. The pre-registration is easy too.

The staff were all amazing. I went in for a MRI, I must say that I’m a little claustrophobic and to calm my nerves they placed music in the speakers. Which was a great help. I was relaxed a clam. The only think that stop me from giving a 5 star rating was prior to my MRI I was given a robe that someone previously wore so I explained to the tech that I got a new one and dispose of the old apologize. Other than that, it was a good experience.

I've had a handful of images done here over the last few months. They're always friendly & efficient. All procedures have started right on time. One was simply a "walk in" with no appointment and they were to take me right away. I highly recommend.
