Have only met her once but she was very easy to talk to and was very pleasant. I have talked to another patient of hers and they are very satisfied with the procedure she performed and the results. I'm looking forward to getting my knee replaced

Good expertise and knowledge, but I had trouble with communication between My Michigan Health, Thunder Bay and McClaren, all of whom I need for upcoming surgery.

The doctor himself is beyond perfect, knows what he's doing. If you need important same day advice or refill you may or may not receive a nurses call back.

The service provided by all the staff was excellent. They were kind and considerate and respectful and gentle. I really appreciate them.

The only complaint that I have is sitting in the room, waiting for the doctor to come in and uncomfortable chairs. Some of us have back issues and it was unbearable. We are better left out in the waiting room.

I respect Dr Beltinck and recommend him to family and friends all the time. He did my surgery on shoulder, hip and elbow. In future replacement knees.
