I recently broke my hip- uncharted territory for me. Michaela Goebel helped me gain full understanding of what changes occurred in my body including discussing the x-ray and future care. The staff worked together to make me feel welcome and explained 'why' as my appointment progressed.

I think he’s great with a needle, no pain. He explains everything that he is doing, easy to understand. When I called to get an appointment I had to wait 2 months to get in. I was in a great deal of pain and wished I could have gotten in sooner. Would not hesitate to recommend him at all to anyone.

Keil is a great Dr. His staff leaves something to be desired. They openly judge patients appearances. And talk under their breath about patients.

Dr Mauch is very competent. She listened to me and seemed interested in everything I said. She explained my medical situation thoroughly and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with the way she met with me.

Dr. Beltinck replaced my right knee last [MONTH], so I’ve had multiple contacts with him and various members of the staff. I am 100% pleased with their professionalism, punctuality, and most importantly their kindness. That matters a lot to me as a frightened patient with severe medical anxiety. I will continue to be a patient of this office and this Surgeon. In fact, eventually I’ll need my other knee replaced and I hope everything goes just as smoothly. I would and do recommend Dr. Beltinck to friends and even strangers if I hear they have similar needs. Thanks for asking.

There appears to be a high demand for these type of services, as a result, the wait time to get the first appointment and then a reasonable surgery date can be a very long time. Regardless the professional service was good. The office facility is easily accessible and comfortable waiting. Working in conjunction with local physical therapy options was excellent.
