Kristalyn Mauch, M.D.
1full shoulder replacement, 1 reverse full shoulder replacement and torn rotator cuff repair. She's so good at explaining procedures. You know what's going to happen before during and after a procedure. She's calm, knowledgeable and very kind. I recommend her all the time a nd will always go to her for orthopedic needs. Thank you, Dr. Mauch

Dr . Dombrowski is a excellent physician. He is very personable , very informative , very down to earth & conveys your options & treatments , very well. I would recommend him to people that would ask me. ( 100 ) Percent

Support staff needs to get a personality check. She was grumpy, rude and a bit condescending. I especially don’t put up with that type of behaviour from someone who is a MA and I am a [OCCUPATION] for 25+ years. I would never act that way to a patient. However, the PA was friendly and helpful. Just spoke a bit fast. She got the stitches out without too much pain and that’s amazing based on the fact that they were painful before she started.

That he was a wonderful Dr answered all my questions did a wonderful job on my reverse shoulder replacement and the aftercare was phenomenal.

Dr Mauch is an excellent surgeon. Very caring and personable and willing to take the extra time needed to answer any concerns that you may have. Great follow up. There is really no need to go anywhere else for orthopedic care.

Dr. Dombrowski himself is an amazing doctor! I always hear good things when people talk about him. He always does his absolute best to fix whatever issue I have going on at the time I recommend him all the time! I've never had an issue with staff, but the last time I was there the lady that took me to my room was very short with me. Asking me the same questions after I answered them. She wasn't mean or anything, but she wasn't very friendly. I kinda felt like I was being interrogated. That was the only time that has ever happened with me.

Dr. Dombrowski is an excellent orthopedic doctor. He explained things that were easy to understand. Very knowledgeable in his field of work. Highly recommend to anyone.

She was wonderful person. Easy to talk to and very helpful in answering all the questions I had and making sure I understood everything. She did not rush me at all. I would definitely recommend this lady to anyone of my family members with the assurance they would be in good hands.

I was there for the first time. But he was helpful and showed me my X-ray and told me I have arthritis in my shoulder, offered me a shot that may help the pain, and said he would set me up for some physical therapy.

Not a fan of her. Could hear her whispering in the hallway with another colleague about my problems. She was short/snippy with me. Made me feel stupid for not being at the point in recovery she expected me to be at. Not impressed with her professionalism.
