Ben R. Mayne III, M.D.
My experience with Dr. Mayne has been nothing but positive. From our first meeting he showed he cared for me and my issues and he wanted to find a solution. I am more than pleased with the results from my surgery and well on my way to a pain free life again.

Dr. Mayne is a physician who is superior in his profession. He is empathetic to patients needs, and listens to their individual concerns. He is intelligent, great bedside manners and has an awesome PA, Blaine. The two are an awesome team, and that's why I came from Saginaw to Midland because of Dr. Mayne exceptional quality of patient care. Also, I appreciated being greeted at the front desk with good customer service by Shawn, the receptionist. She is always willing to help in any way she can. 100% would recommend Dr. Mayne because he is the BEST orthopedic surgeon in the Mid-Michigan area!

Dr. Maybe is exceptional for dealing with knee issues. His office manager Shawn K is fantastic for dealing with administrative issues.

This is the gold standard for me. If you need your knees or hip, worked on, you are in the right place. They offered me a chance to have the surgery at a different site. It was tremendous because I was able to have my surgery done 2 months earlier. I went to West Branch rather than in Midland due to crowded surgery schedule. Dr. Mayne came up there and completed the surgery. I am very grateful to all of the office. They are a TOP TIER GROUP!

Dr Lewis is absolutely the best doctor I have ever had, I drive two and a half hours one way to see him for anything I need. He explains everything so it's easy to understand and is very personable!

Was seen on time by nurse, X-ray tech; and doctor. He has been my doctor for many years, performed by hip replacement and knee problem. Have faith in him.

It took a month to get an appointment, another month to get an MRI, another month to review MRI results and the surgery was scheduled 2 1/2 months later. During the whole time I had shoulder pain during certain movements and could only sleep on my back with my arm in one position causing restlessness and often sleeping in a recliner to stop the pain.

10 days ago was told by dr mayne my husband needed surgery and have called and left several messages and still have not gotten a call back to schedule. Very frustrating

Dr. Mayne and the front office are EXCELLENT. The NURSE who was with me was very nasty, rude and condescending.

Everyone at this practice treated me with friendliness, with respect and very helpful. My progress through my injury has been extremely satisfactory and that is due to the staff and the physician. I couldn't have made it through this process without them. Thank you
