He was so thorough in his explanation of what would happen with the surgery in my preop appointment that I didn’t have a single question when he was done. I’ve never had that happen to me before with other surgeons. I always had follow up questions. Then afterwards he showed me the before and after x-rays, so I could see what was actually done and how damaged my shoulder had been previously I really appreciated that because it showed me how much I needed this surgery

Staff is very personable and on the ball. Dr Maxwell is very trustworthy and gives awesome cortisone injections if needed. He is always pleasant and easy to talk to.

Loved Dr. Maxwell, very kind took the time to listen to my concerns & answered my questions. Explained in detail what we can do & what wll happen if we don't. However one of the receptionist left a bad taste. Was directly lied too, not helpful and borderline rude.

Everything has went very smoothly and efficiently with less pain so far than my other shoulder surgeries. This is my third surgery on my shoulders.

It is difficult to get an appointment with many doctors in today’s world. I was pleased that my general doctor made an appointment for me and although I had to wait to get in, it wasn’t an emergency so in today’s world it is what is happening. When I did get in, dr. was prompt, listened, and explained the process, I will have to take to get better. I enjoyed the visit and felt he has me on the right track for my injured shoulder.
