Excellent Dr. and staff. Very concerned about my health. Explained the x-rays to me so I could understand what he seen. Showed he cared about my health. Staff was very helpful . Would recommend his office to everyone.

The office people are rude. I didn't ask to get hurt but because I did it was suggested I call Dr. Maxwell. When I first called I spoke with Jessica. Im sorry I inconsistencies you. Be a little more nicer on the phonene. The receptionist that checked me in, if you don't like your job find an I ther or greet people with a little compassion.

I would let them know how lucky I was that he was on call the night I needed surgery, he is easy to talk to and on my follow up visits he is easy to talk to and he answers all questions my husband and I have.

He is the absolute best!! He really listens, cares, explains everything in a way you can understand. He performed a very difficult shoulder surgery on me and gave me my life back. He is on time always for appointments and takes however much time is needed. Excellent Orthopedic Surgeon Specialist!!

Dr.Maxwell is the absolute best! He truly listens to you, cares about you, explains everything so that you know what to expect, and so that you can understand it. He goes above and beyond, and is indeed a excellent Orthopedic Surgeon Specialist! I thank God, I was and currently are under his care.

Excellent experience went into hospital via ambulance needed surgery. I was lucky he was on call. As far as as hospital follow up he was a wealth of information as well as office follow up. He was the perfect surgeon for me and we are lucky to have him in this area.

Very impressed on first visit. Second visit seemed chaotic with everyone there. Appt was 40 minutes past time. And I'm pretty sure I was "forgotten" in the room for at least a half hour before I was fitted for my sling. Miscommunication on staffs part. But I am still confident.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Maxwell was on call when my daughter went to urgent care for an arm injury. It was deemed a fracture and she was sent home with a splint. The urgent care told us to call Dr maxwells office regarding additional instructions. It took me calling them everyday for five days until they agreed to schedule me. The appointment was not for another week. In the meantime, my daughter was slipping her arm in and out of the sling climbing monkey bars. I told the office I was concerned about how to appropriately support her healing. They said to refer to the urgent cares instructions. When we met with Dr maxwells, he explained that proper treatment would mean using her arm so long as it didn’t hurt. If he could have shared that when he consulted on our case in the urgent care, that would have been immensely helpful. I don’t like blindly following vague instructions.
