He was so thorough in his explanation of what would happen with the surgery in my preop appointment that I didn’t have a single question when he was done. I’ve never had that happen to me before with other surgeons. I always had follow up questions. Then afterwards he showed me the before and after x-rays, so I could see what was actually done and how damaged my shoulder had been previously I really appreciated that because it showed me how much I needed this surgery

Staff were respectful and accommodating Dr. Maxwell was so thorough and his description of what would happen with surgery and then afterwards showed me the x-rays of before and after which I greatly appreciated surgeons that I’ve had in the past just told me everything was fine, but he actually showed me the results. I truly appreciated how thorough he was was with everything and would definitely recommend him to anyone I know

Loved Dr. Maxwell, very kind took the time to listen to my concerns & answered my questions. Explained in detail what we can do & what wll happen if we don't. However one of the receptionist left a bad taste. Was directly lied too, not helpful and borderline rude.
