What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
It is difficult to get an appointment with many doctors in today’s world. I was pleased that my general doctor made an appointment for me and although I had to wait to get in, it wasn’t an emergency so in today’s world it is what is happening. When I did get in, dr. was prompt, listened, and explained the process, I will have to take to get better. I enjoyed the visit and felt he has me on the right track for my injured shoulder.

I was very impressed about how detailed Dr. Maxwell was in his explanation of surgery I would need. He was extremely thorough with both the procedures and what to expect before and afterwards.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Maxwell as an orthopedic surgeon. He genuinely believes in the importance of quality of life and listened to my concerns wanting the best outcome for me personally! I never felt rushed and he made sure I had all my questions answered.

My injury scared me. And I had concerns of being able to function. And function without pain. As of today I am not in pain. Able to sleep. I will be starting PT soon. I am optimistic for a full recovery.

Dr. Maxwell was very calm and soft spoken. I never felt rushed. In fact I was seen 15 minutes before my appointment!! He genuinely listened to my questions/concerns and gave me all options for my care going forward. He was detailed in explaining my MRI and injuries to my shoulder along with the best outcome for my future . I felt very confident going forward with surgery. Denise his nurse manager was awesome explaining the process of pre and postoperative care. I would definitely recommend Dr. Maxwell!

This was the first time I saw Dr. Maxwell and I very happy with the time he spent with me answering questions and setting expectations for my shoulder replacement surgery and recovery. I have confidence in his knowledge and abilities for a successful surgery.

My bicep surgery start to finish felt smooth and well-organized. The staff at the Riecker facility leading up to my surgery was extremely friendly and made me comfortable from time of arrival to finish. Everyone was great, but Tonya was exceptional. You could tell she was passionate about her job and her care for patients. Jill and Paige were also very friendly leading up to the surgery. Dr. Cox was great at explaining the numbing procedural and everything leading to surgery. It was nice to speak with Dr. Maxwell pre-surgery, his explanation of the procedure was appreciated. I would 100% use this team again.
