I checked in and had a very short wait time in the waiting room. And had a very short visit with the exam room nurse, and then a very short wait for Dr. Maxwell, whom intern was direct, forthcoming, informative ,polite, knowledgeable. I was very pleased the visit and am happy to have him perform my upcoming surgery, any and all staff were polite extremely friendly and professional ,I would not hesitate in referring anybody to Dr. Maxwell

Very condescending. Told me at one visit he could help with surgery but on this visit."There's nothing wrong with you". Don't worry I won't be back ever.

I would highly recommend Dr.Maxwell and his staff to everyone possible. The doctor and his staff were extremely kind. From the staff checking us in, to haley the medical assistant to the doctor himself, my child felt very comfortable. I am so thankful they got my child in so quickly on short notice and treated her so well.

I was very impressed by Dr Maxwell, very friendly and down to earth guy. I would definitely recommend him. My shoulder replacement is doing good at week 7.

He was so thorough in his explanation of what would happen with the surgery in my preop appointment that I didn’t have a single question when he was done. I’ve never had that happen to me before with other surgeons. I always had follow up questions. Then afterwards he showed me the before and after x-rays, so I could see what was actually done and how damaged my shoulder had been previously I really appreciated that because it showed me how much I needed this surgery

Staff were respectful and accommodating Dr. Maxwell was so thorough and his description of what would happen with surgery and then afterwards showed me the x-rays of before and after which I greatly appreciated surgeons that I’ve had in the past just told me everything was fine, but he actually showed me the results. I truly appreciated how thorough he was was with everything and would definitely recommend him to anyone I know

Loved Dr. Maxwell, very kind took the time to listen to my concerns & answered my questions. Explained in detail what we can do & what wll happen if we don't. However one of the receptionist left a bad taste. Was directly lied too, not helpful and borderline rude.
