Very kind an cued ish . Only thing I would say negative is how My Michigan Drs all treats there Patients with the fear of causing patients to have to jump through all the red tape an fear of Insurance companies Dnie. Treatments . Hospitals need to start standing behind their Drs when Drs know a patient needs Surgery , That kind of stuff can cause a lot of issues with Patients get worse an more pain an suffering a cause the insurance company even more money an the patient less trust in the health care systems.

This was my first visit to have a knee replacement. Dr.was very informative and explained things well. He wanted the best outcome for me and that showed me he cared

Dr Lewis was extremely respectful and personable. He listened to my concerns and attempted to provide as much insight as he could with the information he had available to him. His support staff was polite and friendly, however they did not update my medical record appropriately despite my providing them all of my records in advance of my appointment, filling out the health history check in the day prior, and informing them at the appointment of what needed to be updated.

Everyone has been very nice and helpful. Though when I received a call back for the question I had for my doctor about possibly needing a follow up exam after a trip and fall on my broken foot. The lady seemed annoyed and irritated with my inquiry.

Dr Lewis is an excellent surgeon - the absolute Best! I had emergency surgery and was treated as his top priority. He made a terrifying experience not scary at all. He always exhibits professionalism and kindness. Dr Lewis goes above and beyond listening to me and explaining everything with extreme clarity. He truly cares about his patients. Dr Lewis is so thorough and thoughtful- best physician I have ever encountered.

Comfortingly knowledgable of my issues .The c-Ray was taken & shown to me in minutes. ‘Gave me options, not pushing surgery as my PT team has been making progress & ask his guidance in further treatments.

Dr Lewis is extremely gifted as a surgeon and he has wonderful staff working with him. He is truly committed to his patients, and is always very kind and professional. Through my husband’s three surgeries with him, and my recent shoulder replacement, we always felt very cared for. I highly recommend him to anyone I talk with who needs orthopedic care.

Dr Lewis and his whole staff are wonderful!! We are always greeted with kindness and professionalism. Dr Lewis is very gifted and committed to his patients. He has even made after-hours calls to my husband and myself after our surgeries to see how we are doing. I continue to promote him as a surgeon to anyone I can who needs orthopedic care.

Given the many issues i presented to him, not directly associated with my current complaint, He gave my some hope this new health problem may have a good solution , and he indeicated to me that he would try to help me repair or replace my shoulder pain issues with a long term fix. I appreciete his seeing me in a timely manner , when he doesnt know me or have a history with meormy historical problems ... Thanks again and hoping for some good luck..
