Dr. Lewis replaced both of my knees. He explained every detail beforehand and answered all of my questions. He is professional, knowledgeable and kind. He and his staff are wonderful and I highly recommend them.

It took over a month to get in but they were all great once I got in for an appointment. Don't expect to be seen or have a procedure done right away, they are booked out for months.

Dr Lewis is absolutely the best doctor I have ever had, I drive two and a half hours one way to see him for anything I need. He explains everything so it's easy to understand and is very personable!

It took a month to get an appointment, another month to get an MRI, another month to review MRI results and the surgery was scheduled 2 1/2 months later. During the whole time I had shoulder pain during certain movements and could only sleep on my back with my arm in one position causing restlessness and often sleeping in a recliner to stop the pain.

Dr. Lewis seemed fine. When I met with Dr Lewis I shared my concerns about going on vacation in [Month] and Needed to get surgery done asap. He noted this on my sheet that he gave to the staff. It was indicated to me per Dr Lewis that no way could it be done in [Month], but perhaps late [Month] or early [Month] would be possible. Knowing the longer I waited to schedule less likely I would get in early so I tried to meet with the scheduling department the same day of my appointment but they were too busy. So, I waited for a call the same day, Friday, over the weekend and then I finally called Dr. Lewis office on Monday afternoon. Long story short scheduler was too busy to call but had me scheduled for late [Month], I shared my dissapointment with her but the date could not be improved.

Dr. Lewis and his staff were courteous and very caring. They explained everything to me that I could understand. I would definitely refer this practice to anyone that needs orthopedic care.

Dr. Lewis is busy and the wait is 20 minutes or more. I was frustrated and in pain. Maybe it was just me, but I didn't feel very happy. I felt like he was listening to me but thinking about the patients that were waiting to be seen.

Only thing I would say negative is how My Michigan Drs all treats there Patients with the fear of causing patients to have to jump through all the red tape an fear of Insurance companies Dnie. Treatments . Hospitals need to start standing behind their Drs when Drs know a patient needs Surgery , That kind of stuff can cause a lot of issues with Patients get worse an more pain an suffering a cause the insurance company even more money an the patient less trust in the health care systems.

This was my first visit to have a knee replacement. Dr.was very informative and explained things well. He wanted the best outcome for me and that showed me he cared
