Today when I attempted to make a follow-up, per Dr Lewis’s direction the lady I spoke with didn’t seem to know what to do. I called back 2 hours later and spoke to Katherine and almost immediately received a date for the follow-up visit

I like Dr. Lewis. He did my 1st hip replacement in [MONTH, YEAR]. Now it's time for the other hip. He's more experienced & technology has changed over the 5+ years. He does the anterior approach which makes recovery very quick.

I really like Dr Lewis. He seems very knowledgeable and competent. However his surgical scheduling nurse has yet to contact me which leaves me unable to plan the downtime required. That is very stressful to me.

I really like Dr Lewis and his staff. They do try to get you in quickly. I was able to get in within 3-4 weeks, even during vacation times. I was disappointed when trying to schedule surgery to find only 1 person capable of that and she was not available for at least 2 days. I don’t know if she was delayed by insurance approval or not.

Dr. Lewis is hands down the best, most down to earth, compassionate surgeon/dr I have ever met. If I could make him my PCP , I would. I will always trust HIS decisions, advice, and instructions. He is a gem and I adore him!

Too bad they're so busy, makes getting followup care. For example, 6+ weeks to get the initial appointment, a month or more before surgery--if the scheduling person calls me back!

Dr. Lewis and his team (medical assistant and surgery scheduler were who I also saw) are courteous and efficient. I did have an issue scheduling my appointment but reported this to the practice manager who helped resolve the issue, together with Dr. Lewis' own team, and I was seen in a timely manner.

As a doctor he was so down to earth, caring and remember conversations that we had a year ago. I tell anyone that asks about my knee surgery, and I tell them that you have to go see doctor lewis. Like I said, very likable, caring and compassionate man.

The provider was excellent. His office was hard to find. Google Maps took me to the surgery center instead of his office building and to a wrong entrance. I ended up having to go inside to ask for directions. Once I got to the correct building I took the elevator to the second floor, which I wasn't sure was the second floor because it was marked with the letter "D" instead of a 2. These things added up to make it unnecessarily frustrating just getting to his office. But from there it went smoothly. Now I know where to go for my next visit.
