It takes time to get in and become a patient but it's worth the wait. Dr Vollhaber is thorough, kind and respectful. He listens and answers all your questions and thoroughly explains what his plan is for you and what you can expect. He is professional and attentive. His staff are also kind and respectful and attentive and professional. I am happy to be a patient at this facility.

Dr. Jones was able to relieve my nerve pain by performing a bilateral laminecomy of the L3, L4, and L5. He spent a good amount of time during m first visit, questioning me about my pain and location. He showed me my MRI and explained what was going on in my back and what needed to be done to relieve my pain.

She was very informative and knowledgeable. She was also friendly and kind. Would recommend this office to everyone needing these services. Dr Adel and his support staff are fabulous. All the NP’s Nicole, Angelina and Elizabeth were so wonderful in a very scary situation for my young family.

Dr. Jones takes his job very seriously but is also very easy going and comfortable to talk to. He put me at ease both before and after my surgery.

I was very pleased with Elizabeth Helpap. She was very easy to talk with and explained my situation in a easy way so I totally understood. I would definitely return to her if needed. She's excellent in her field!

Elizabeth is a caring provider that answers questions thoroughly; however there is minimal information or preparation for surgical procedures for the patient to prepare both pre and post op.

She is part of Dr. Goodrich's "team" who all very good. She was able to get my appointment with Dr. Goodrich rescheduled to accommodate my upcoming appointment for an injection in my back. She also put in an order for future x-rays while I was in her office.

I tell them he is wonderful and have already suggested to others to seek him out because he did such a great job on my back and listens to you. I won't go to another surgeon as long as Dr Vollhaber can do it.
