The staff.made me an appointment then when I arrived on time was told that I was there at the wrong time and would not be seen. Dr though is very knowledgeable and takes caring time.

I have to recommend your facility to my family and friends. This is the place to go Mid Michigan because they do everything right. They are kind, caring and concerned about your care before they do anything beforehand. They will explain everything that will be done for you and why. Jeanette will reassure me everything will be fine and coax me with what kinda meds she will give me. Their front office receptionist are very knowledgeable and very respectful to their patients. When I leave their office I feel confident and better knowing I’m in good hands with Mid Michigan facility Thank You [NAME]

Dr Smits is one of the besr doctors I have ever had. I am a [OCCUPATION] with over 17 years experience and she is top notch. From her caring demeanor to thorough assessment skills and incredible knowldge base she is one of the best! Her office staff is very kind and welcoming as well.
