It’s okay, & she’s nice. I just don’t like the non-response regarding phone call messages I left on her service & from the unscheduled personal visit I made to the front desk asking that she get the message that my GLUCOSE was well over 300 for over a month & I needed her to know & adjust my meds or do something different. And she still didn’t receive the message & I spent another month in fear of having a stroke. I believe most of the communication breakdown was due to the patient portal but it shouldn’t have been when I directly went to the clinic & could only have the lady behind the front desk type my message as I dictated…only to discover later that the message she typed did not reflect the gravity of my situation as I dictated it!

I felt like I was treated very well and that I was listened to. Also, I feel like everything was explained things very clearly and was able to understand what was being explained. I would highly recommend the provider to friends and family.

Ask for Rylie. She took the time to listen and gave directions and scheduled test. She listened and spoke clearly. She did not brush me off because I'm [AGE] yr old. I hope she continues at the clinic. Thank you for listening to an old man and helping me.

I called the office on a Thursday with enough knowledge to know I had Shingles. They got me in next day! Cannot say enough about Rylie Alwards concerns/care that she demostrated during that appt. She explained the whole deal with Shingles, prescribed meds for me. So friendly, so knowledgeable, and very kind. I feel blessed to have that kind of expertise in Dr. Weckesser's office,and to have that Medical Care Facility so close.

Dr is fantastic. The nurses except for Tracy don’t seem to care or know what they are doing. Say they will take care of things and either don’t do it or it gets messed up. When I call back up there I need to speak with TRACY TO GET ANY DONE RIGHT. HATE not being to pay bill like I could before. Never had to worry about over due bills. If it were not for DR W I would leave midland hospital system all together. I’m sure this won’t be read as hospital doesn’t care anymore. Midland hospital WAS a top r quality hospital. They have taken over so may hospitals they are only game for miles around. I see you may share comments I know this won’t be shared Like I said if weren’t for DR I would be going somewhere else. But. DR W IS THE BEST.

Dr. Smits is wonderful we would follow her if she ever decided to move and her nurses are great. Everyone is so nice and accommodating except for the ladies at check in when you first walk. They are automatically rude and defensive for no reason. Practically asking for confrontation.

While personable, Riley Alward's manner remains professional. She is familiar with my chart, including recent tests, etc., and strives to give me the best "next step" in care to reach my goals.
