First, I would like to explain how wonderful Dr.smits is I’ve never been to a doctor that would actually come in and sit down and talk to you and legitimately want to know how you’re doing and what we can do to help better. The help them. Welfare of myself is amazing and I am so fortunate to be able to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Fuller is smooth, meaning up to date on your health conditions and proceeds from there with next steps after full review of past plan, results, and conversation between patient and Dr. She listens and understands your concerns, points, and questions of past results vs going forward to hone in on your body acceptance of plan results and mutually building next plan to get me closer to optimal condition of my health. Would recommend her to anyone. she's personable, knowledgeable, and attentive to my thoughts which is a breath of fresh air. She's a 10+ in my books!

My biggest complaint is the MyChart message/text Follow thru is very poor. Then send a message and when I have answered the question it can be a week or more the respond back There needs to be more consistent staff reviews, responses and follow through

I am very satisfied with this Dr. Smits. She has a great personality. She always addresses all my needs at the time of my appointment. My favorite thing is she takes my issues seriously and listens to what I am saying. I never leave with anything unanswered. I am very grateful to have her overseeing my healthcare. Her staff has been very professional and prompt. Overall a great experience.

Dr. Trombley always answers my questions and concerns. He went over all the medications and was so kind and professional. But takes time to be friendly and cheerful too. Main desk needs to be more welcoming to patients coming in I feel.
