Melissa Weckesser, M.D.
Dr. Weckesser is a caring, responsive, kind person. I love her manner of dealing with me in my appointments. She is upfront, honest, very encouraging as I deal with weight problems and high AIC numbers. She challenges me and makes me feel so good when I reach a goal. I highly recommend her.

I don't know how to answer the question if I get a follow up on testings? No, I don't receive a followup call but I do get a followup on the website which I hate. I'm not a trained medical professional so how do you expect me to deciifer the medical language in those written reports. My previous medical primary providers have all had office personnel that would call after testing so you could understand the reports or ask questions till you do. That is a personal touch of care that is missed and hopefully can be remedied by your organization in the near future.

Care is always excellent. The timeliness based on double booking of appointments is no. It seems profit is more important than than respect for patients time. There was another patient to see the doctor the same time as mine that I met in the lobby

Great Dr. very personal seems to be interested in what you’re saying has always taken care of me medically and keeps appointments but if need to see right away, there seems to be no hope of that other than that the staff the building the facility are all good but being able to see my primary when I really need them it’s almost impossible maybe two weeks they always steer you to Urgent Care.

If it not been for Rylie I could have died. Went to see her at 3:15 she schedueld Ct blood work and heart monitor all to be done by 6:30 of the same day. Hemoglobin was 5:3 and she admitted me to hospital right then. 2 transfusions and 3 iron infusions and 5 days in the hospital. She gets to the bottom of things right away!!!!

I do not think I will ever find a Doctor as caring and interested and great bedside manner as Dr. Goodin!! Unfortunately you are losing the best Doctor!!! I have had several Doctors in my life because of my Type1 and brittle Diabetes!!!!! Dr. Goodie always wanted to get to the bottom of my illnesses and he did! I have tears for his having to depart and I believe I always will! I wish him the very very very best!!

I was scheduled for a wellness visit through Medicare. I saw the nurse and the doctor after waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time I left no one came in to tell me he was running late. This is the second time this has happened. I get very frustrated. I login and sign in early electronically. I get to my appointment early. I check in when I get there electronically and for me to sit for 20 minutes and have no idea how much longer I was gonna have to wait very irritating my times valuable. I have to be there on time in fact you want me there 15 minutes early, which I follow through with, but there’s no court courtesy granted to me for my time.
