IMO, based solely on my first impression and experience, Dr. Trombley is a caring and thoughtful physician who fully evaluated my recent, focused medical complaint for seeing him and designed a comprehensive treatment plan to address the suspected diagnosis while ordering all requisite blood work to confirm the suspected diagnosis and rule out other, less likely, but potentially troublesome issues. In addition he took the time to fully grasp my complete health profile and address all concerns in a holistic manner. As this was the first time I was able to see Dr. Trombley to establish a doctor-patient relationship, I was very impressed with him as a professional and as a person. Dr. Trombley checked all the boxes and I am delighted to have him as captain of my health team. Regarding non-physician staff at this facility. Over the past nine years, I have found them to be increasingly rude, arrogant, and dismissive. I suspect there to be a leadership vacuum.

I was originally scheduled a 10am appointment by the rehabilitation facility I was in. I called Dr Trombleys office requesting a later in the day appointment. They kindly gave me a 3:30 appointment. I was very happy with that.

Dr Trombly listens to you and answers your questions. If he feels you need specific test he explains the reason you need them. He is very thorough in what he says and does. I certainly would recommend him as a physician.

I don't know how to answer the question if I get a follow up on testings? No, I don't receive a followup call but I do get a followup on the website which I hate. I'm not a trained medical professional so how do you expect me to deciifer the medical language in those written reports. My previous medical primary providers have all had office personnel that would call after testing so you could understand the reports or ask questions till you do. That is a personal touch of care that is missed and hopefully can be remedied by your organization in the near future.

Great Dr. very personal seems to be interested in what you’re saying has always taken care of me medically and keeps appointments but if need to see right away, there seems to be no hope of that other than that the staff the building the facility are all good but being able to see my primary when I really need them it’s almost impossible maybe two weeks they always steer you to Urgent Care.
