Dr “Jake” has always been responsive to my aches and ails and has been spot on with the diagnosis and the treatment. I would also like to call out Megan, as she has assisted me with issues both on the portal and with her follow up, Both are very professional.

Dr Jake Excellent at what he does. My husband and I are both very happy that he is our primary care provider. He orders tests or whatever we need without hesitation while you’re talking to him things get done expeditiously And he’s always willing to help in anyway he can. As far as we’re concerned, he goes above and beyond . expectations and we really like that!! We so appreciate his care and concern for our wellbeing!! Five out of five stars!!

That Jacob Trombley is very nice and listens to me when I have questions. Except he didn’t listen to me when I told him I didn’t want to do a colonoscopy, lol. I know it’s for my health so I guess I will suck it up and get it done. I really like having Jacob has my doctor

I’ve been a patient at his practice for quite some time, an excellent physician, very knowledgeable, successful treatment plan for my overall health, treats any new issues that arise, very successfully!! I highly recommend this physician!!

I highly recommend Dr Trombley, he is an excellent physician, he’s very knowledgeable, always familiar with my health issues, kind, cares about his patients health, addresses/treats health issues with a successful health care plan. He listens and answers any questions I have. I am grateful to have him for my Primary Care Physician!!

I like my Dr. Jacob Tromley and his office staff a whole lot and I do recommend my friends that if they’re looking for a new doctor in town to try him and to me that was very important because I have injuries that a lot of doctors refused to help me and he did not, and that meant the world to me. Professional, courteous, friendly; knowledgeable; kind Appointment date and times are always assigned and never requested on what works best for schedule; once the appointment was rescheduled for a month later without phone or sms message and we arrived on time only to hear that the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled due to scheduling conflict with Dr T. He was out of office that day. Said they sent a letter a month prior, via mail (not email), to my dad who said he didn’t receive it. I wasn’t notified and I drove 2.5 hours to get him to this appointment only to find that I needed to come back a month later. 5 hours of driving and the day was not productive. Informed staff to contact me directly via phone or text when appointments are changed. Hoping that all future appointments are communicated clearly
