I appreciate Rylie Alward's dedication to follow up. Saw her on a Friday afternoon due to a suspected UTI. She got my lab results and a prescription to my local pharmacy that same afternoon and followed up with me when culture results came in later.

Rylie Alward was awesome. We went over my health issues and discussed testing that needed to be done. She understood my concern about not feeling well. I believe she really cared about helping me. I was very impressed with her attention to my health concerns.

I called to see if I could get an appt. and told I could walk in and see the nurse for Dr. Fuller’s office. It was on Friday. I was very pleased I could be seen and get a prescription to fill my needs before the weekend.

Riley stepped up. She identified a problem that related possibly to my heart. Had a chest x-ray done and then had to go to the hospital and do a blood draw. She reviewed the results of it and recommended I go to the hospital in Midland. As a result of being in the hospital, they were able to identify the problem or problems that were affecting my well-being and put me on some medicine. They put me on the road to recovery. If it weren’t for Riley and her fortitude to get to the crux of the problem I don’t know where I’d be right now. She cared
