What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
An excellent PA and of whom I personally requested an audience with. She is thoroughly interested in the patient and listen’s to the patient’s input. Always makes an effort to provide answers when they are asked providing it doesn’t require some type of lab work, x-rays, or further follow-up to be able to answer patients questions.

Everytime I have seen Rylie, she has been efficient, and thorough; however, the best part about seeing her is the follow up after an appointment or test. I always hear from Rylie, quickly. I appreciate the time she takes to personally respond to my questions and/or report on my testing.

Rylie Alward was very thorough and listened to my problems I'd been having with my shoulder. She had me do various movements and discussed possible causes and treatments for my pain. Rylie spent a half hour with me and I felt like all topics were covered and answered appropriately. Follow-up with x-ray results came that same day, and once I named an orthopedic surgeon through MyChart messaging, Rylie responded the same day stating a referral had been placed. Overall, Rylie's treatment, staff's attentiveness, and my entire experience was top-notch.
